Max, you mean of the rules for this game? Whoever picks the lowest number that nobody else picked, you win.
Let's say you pick 23, 67, and 98; I pick 23, 56, 88; SUGBOOG picks 45, 151, and 5280. Even though the lowest number picked is 23, it doesn't count because two people picked it. The next lowest number is SUGBOOG's 45. Nobody else picked that number, so that makes 45 the winning play.
