Woot! My 2nd first on Murdoctor's tonight!! Nice one.

gobble gobble!

Salt on #5?

fun one!

#5 has me stuck too

for # 5 it is missing.

anything on #10?

[6] I still don't get it. There is no real intersection help on that one either.

for #10 having an ear for singing might help

#5 is defintely the hard one. You will have the answer when you find what you need and realize you do not have it already.

[7] It isn't on the ring.

[8] You might use this word to describe someone that is a gopher. Go fer this and go fer that

stuck on 5 and 6

[9] [11] DUH! Thanks I feel stupid now!

all better

nm, got them, but I'm missing the needed synapse to understand 6, even though I got it

[14] Still drawing a blank on #5. Nothing from a crossword solver is helping.

[16] It's the shortcut key.

[16] It can refer to something that is used as a shortcut on an input device.

[17]I have heard this most when something is without luster

[17] Speaking of which, I thought blanky was a much better answer for that one.

I actually got it with a crossword solver and [12]

nice puzzle....had a vowel wrong in #7 for a while...but hunky-dory now.

#3 has me lost

Still ain't getting #5. All this salt and no go. Oh well.

[23] You must not be Canadian.

[23] I took something to a pawn shop and now that item is in ...

[17] so....my grandma would sip the soup on the stove and always say " it's ---- something....probably needs more salt"

[27] my grandma said that too

[27] did you get my tg?

[18] and [19] thanks, that makes sense

yes...just replied...thanks!

Finally got it ... 2 minutes on nine of them and 30 on #5. I just couldn't see it.

#5 is a horrible clue :(

Hmmmm.....5 I got right away, but with 4, I just don't recognise what the heck that is

Edit: Post and solve, the brute force way, by trying the very few options a crossword solver gave me when I had 4 of the 6 letters. When I finally got it, I looked at it again and thought, so that's what it is supposed to be, of course.

I REALLY wanted #5 to be "Gnocchi" Maybe I'm just too Italian :-P

[35] There's no such thing as being too Italian :)

I'm pretty sure I have them all, but it's not taking, could I TG someone please?

[26] Cleveland????

[35] Haha!! Very good!

Arnott figured that #5 would be the stumbling block for most people... he was right!

[35] Yes...that's all I get that makes since from this clue. About 12 hours later and I'm stuck on #5. Help?

The key in 5 is sadly...missing

thank you hatemachine!

[33] I finally got it and I agree with you. All the others were great.

Agreed... I got Gnocchi and Blanky before #5... ugh

#5 could have been "gnocchi."

Just saw that ^ was already mentioned.

#5 was bad. I just started entering words with the ending. I made it halfway through the alphabet.

i must be stupid. cant get #3 for the life of me.

NM i got it. I read the salt wrong.
