#11 still my favorite
This was a fun one!
[1] Same here!
Great puzzle!
#9 is stumping me...
Edit - got it!
LOVE the dog's costume!!
Excellent puzzle - one of the best ever!
[5] it's doesn't rhyme with art
Got everything except #5
#5 would have been better with just 1 instead of 4. That through me for a while. Other than that, excellent cluing.
#5 isn't an original work...
#4 tripped me up. 2 ways to spell. Naturally, my first choice was wrong.
Nice puzzle.
YAY.. that was fun! Great job
[10] Thanks...that was the hint I needed
[11] Thanks! That one had me too. It seems wrong. But then not.
It took forever to check my answers, then it said 'You got it! But we're not going to save your answer', what does that mean?
Quite nice!
i'm still so stuck with #5.
nevermind... first time a post'n'solve has worked.
Wow! Thanks everyone - glad you enjoyed it! :)
Is there a theme other than just being compound words? If so I am dense and cannot see it. I still need help with #9
Neat idea. Good clues.
Stuck on 3,5, and 9...
#3 - what would call someone who would only spend a $1 on that product?
#5 - like mentioned above it should only have one of what is pictured for an easier id - and that's not an original.
#9 - what are THEY in?
#3 - is it expensive, or ...? #5 - see [9] and it is just a copy of an original work
[22] for 9 all I can think of is cart, but [7] says it doesn't rhyme with art
but it would rhyme with 'a tisket a tasket'
[25] that did it, thanks for your help :)
#3 tough at first with only the same 'commonest english letter' for both the crossed words.
Grr... stuck on #7. I think I've got the first part, but not the 2nd.
[edit] Post 'n' solve.
[22] Thanks! Those did it for me.
I am drawing a total blank on #6
[30] it doesn't make sense until you read what you've typed to be honest. take it very literally. its a ---- (shape) made from -------- (currency). sorry if this is too salty.
What fantastic cluing.
