Got everything quickly except #10 and #11 - the only two dimes. Obviously missing something.
OK. Got them but something else is wrong. Does #4 use the British term for Penny? Just looking for what I might have wrong.
#11 makes no sense to me at all. It is Lucy's friend Desi. I put in Dimedesi and while I am sure some other part of my solve could be incorrect that one doesn't seem right to me.
[20] Think in a much more general term. All of what you said are all one thing in general. Ones, fives, tens, pennies, dimes, etc. - all of this is XXXXX.
Doesn't seem like anyone else had difficulty with the 1st object in 8....I've never seen anything like that before, so good thing the rest of the clue was golden....
Centsible! Thanks
My answers fit the squares and theme but are not taking.
I've never seen #5 as singular...it always has an S at the end when I've seen it.
Finally got it to take...yea!
[2] #5 is the verb form.
I can't which one I'm off on. *sigh*
... and I get my first post and solve!
[4] - same here - guessing its #14. Nothing really working for me there.
Have them filled in and not taking hmmm Finally got them
Don't know what I have wrong...
It was 15. Not the number.
had me el backwards in #12...
I had #4 as the plural form instead of singular...
Nice clues!
Yes - the hate man is back.
At least we have one puzzle with SOLVABILITY tonight without arbitrary clues. Have to check out the other puzzles now.
Great job Hate Man - hope everything is well.
Any help with #10
Edit: got it, thanks
[12] .. im hung up on 10 also .,. but i think im close
[edit- ok got it .. google's my friend .. learned a new word today ! ]

[14] --- 10 is just what it says .. follow the clues .. trust them
..and same for 11 but check you're spelling
Any help with #14? My pockets are empty.
Everything in and spelled right, but not taking? What am I missing?
[16] It is just exactly what you see there.
[17] TG me if you like and I'll take a look for you.
[18] what am i suppossed to be seeing there? bens, c-notes, 100s, ??? i'm lost

[21] Lucy's friend's name is not Desi.

#5 has stumped.
WHat is it? {nm, got it. Ignore the FACE)
[19] Thanks! I thought I had tried that answer for #4 earlier...must have been when I had something else spelled wrong!
[23] thanks!
Nice "change" of pace.
I just got it. WHEW!
Ugh! I can't find any misspellings, the answers all fit and all fit the clues, but still something's wrong. Very frustrating. =(
[14] #4 does not use "pence"
