I'm a fan of #11, and remember most of these, but a few I don't remember at all. Worse, I'm stuck on #6!

edit: Post and solve. I feel stupid. I'm not sure they are in the same category as some of the others?

it wont take i have gone over all the spellings and even checked the webpages for each of the groups to triple check spelling and it just wont take

Someone please! Another hint for #14!!!!

Just wont take for me and I have #11 spelled right and found the punk rock band for #5 and have at least found a band with Google for every other entry even if I never heard of the band. Can't imagine what I have wrong. So frustrating.

I never heard of the band I have plugged in on #14 but I found it when I googled the insect. Since it won't take my results maybe I don't have it but can't imagine what else it could be. And #6 is actually one of the best known bands if you are looking at the right state shape. My mid west geography sucks.
