I thought I had it :S
I have an answer for all the slots, and they're spelled right. And they are all themey
I'm ready for my close-up, Mr. Demille. I don't know who two of the people are, but there were only a few things that actually fit into their slots in the puzzle, so I was golden.
[2] if you want to know, geekmail me, I'd be more than happy to share
What the heck...I have everything spelled right but apparently they're not right...
[1] Same here. I thought I got them all, but it's not letting me in....
Maybe it's the girl on the bottom? ...... Nope, that one works. Anyone get in yet?
I have no clue who that older guy is (not the ballplayer or singer, those were easy). I only have one letter to work with. Help?
I got all of them.
He's a grumpy old man...
[7] Did it accept it for you?
[4] The last word that goes down from the first across word: do you have an "o" for the 3rd letter? That's where I messed up.
got 'em.
[10] that's what got me too.
[8]
*smacks forehead*
Thanks. Wow, I'm surprised I didn't recognize him.
[10] Thanks. That was it.... Duh.
Hmm, it isn't taking it for me either, I wonder if I have 5 letter lower right across clue. It fits what I have but I'm not certain on it.
whose the singer?
[15]
Fiona is her first name. . . last name fits the theme.
That one was pretty easy.
Everything's spelled right, fits, and goes with the theme and still says wrong. Only one I can think of that might be wrong is lowest across one and it's the only word that seems to fit.
[18]
I think we are in the same boat. I've got them all spelled correctly (double checked each one, found a secondary spelling option for one but it isn't long enough). That lower left across clue is my best guess as to what I have wrong.
mmmmmm, Fiona...
oh, sorry about that
Thats one for the teacher[16]
thanks
I cannot tell what the longish accross one in the lower right is
Lower right fits several this is the Ruby or Texas variety
I'm stumped on the last word that goes down from the first across word. Any hints [10] as to where I'm going wrong?
Ah, thanks Red. I didn't realize it was the inside of something...
Ugh...yup...lower left was wrong.
[26]
any salt for that lower left as I believe that's my problem too?
Nevermind, got it.
[24] Think Alligator
Daaa-rrryyylll! Daaa-rrrylll!
I think I have all, but the second one down.
Got it
Shame the actor doesn't spell his name that way.
The red citrus one on the lower right kept me hanging for a short bit. I really don't know the girl in the green dress but I just guessed a female singer that had a name that fit the theme.
Took me long because this computer has no red tint on it (bottom left across looked like leaves and bottom right just looked weird)
can I get some help on the old guys name?

I agree... but phonetically it would get you the answer.
I was super stuck on the ball player and then it clicked.... Thanks [28].
Wait, where are the flakes?
Flakes?
how about the loops?
I know it's been months, but I can't get the ball player either,,,,
Thanks [10]!
Nice puzzle. Had a little trouble with #7.
