ok, so I finally have #5 (thanks Dragon) but it is still not taking it. I believe all of my answers are right except for maybe #3. Any thought on #3?

Interesting but problematic. The fact that #1 and #3 are verbs as opposed to nouns throws in an unnecessary wrench; #2, according to the Scotch website, really ought to be "transparent". But not bad.
