What a terrible way to clue the key part to all these words. Someone trying to get this puzzle on a different day will never understand why it is what it is.
ack. thx [23] and [14] and others to realize why i was always a letter short finally. with all the words in hand, it's hard to believe i didn't make the aha earlier.
I was AMAZED. I read through all the clues without getting a single one right. No 'AHA' at all. That has Never happened before.
Then I read [14]'s salt and compliant. Now I see it. I wouldn't have without it it, I am sure. Thanks, dsmeyer.
I finally got the Aha and am sure of all but #5. Salt on #5 please?
But I don't see what everyone is whining about as far as the Aha! After all, the day of the week and the date is published at the top of the puzzle. If you looked at one published Dec 25th a month later, it still ought to occur to you that it might have a Christmas theme.
Got it. Thanks for additional salt. The words on #5 actually threw me off. Got hung up thinking it had to be an "ing" word. I guess the "crawl" should have clued me in.
spoof, less EMPHASIS on specific LETTERS would make thing MORE enjoyable for those who ENJOY figuring them out. number 4 took me two days to figure out, but i'm much more pleased that it's solved because of it :-)
Took a while to get the "Aha!", but worth it!
No idea what #5 is if its not swim or crawl.
No "Aha" here! Still trying to see it.
[2] more generic than that
[3] i'm with you, unfortunately
edit - ok, I think I just got the aha
[3] If you're confused today, you'll really be confused tomorrow....
You were the 16th Tanga member to solve it.
Took awhile for me to get it as well.
salt on 7 please. Ok, got it, have to pay attention to those commas
It's not so much how I got it as "when".
Thanks [6]! That did it. Tricky, sammy!
[8] Look closely at the color of the letter
[8] "Get ready, get...."
This was the last one for me too.
[6] AHA! Thx.

I was so stuck on 4 for so long, maybe cause I don't use one of those very often
[14] Thank you so much because I would never have made that leap considering it is tomorrow for me!!
any salt for #4, got the aha but still don't get this one
I don't know what show that is :-P The rainbow show?
I agree completely with [14]. Anyone trying to solve this on a different day is hosed.
still can't get 7
Edit, guessed it but can't figure out how the heck you get the answer out of that.
[17] tangagram sent
no aha here... got a bunch of the corresponding words, but always a letter short (and a day late?) What's all this about tomorrow?
Finally got the theme from [14]'s comments. Was struggling until then. And the final clue stumped me for a bit, too! Pretty fun overall, though!

[6] i AM in tomorrow and was thoroughly confused until...
[14] thank you! i was on the right track but as with [24] i was a letter short and nothing made sense!!
it's tough being on the other side of the planet!!
Monday in Germany... thanks Shakers, for the salt.
OOOH, #4 is not a remote control!
Note for everyone doing this puzzle after day 1: This puzzle was published on a Sunday.
Salty, yes, but if you've read this far into the comments without getting that aspect of the puzzle then you need that much salt!
So long and thanks for all the salt!
I am still lost with #5 no idea what it would be if not swimming or crawling.
Edit: got it now...feel like an idiot.
any salt on 9?
what the heck is that thing that is stacked
--never mind. got it finally
I was on the cusp of getting the aha from [6] and [14] salt but just couldn't grasp it until I read [27]. Thanks everyone!
[14] Thank you. I suppose it didn't occur to anyone that hypercrosses stay up for two days. :P
I finally got the Aha and am sure of all but #5. Salt on #5 please?

[35] It's also a bad heart condition

[35] See what the person is doing in the picture? Think of the different types of movement related to that activity and what word they have in common.
Tuesroof just doesn't make any sense. Nor does it fit.
[29] Thanks, would still be banging my head without that information.
Took me way to long to get to my AHA moment, but once I did it was nice and easy.
