  2. AssetsRaspberryjayvil on May 23, 2010 07:07 PM

  3. AssetsAcewhutaguy on May 23, 2010 07:08 PM

  5. AssetsPepperracheal0101 on May 23, 2010 07:13 PM

    4?

  6. Avatar_profileRadishslaqr on May 23, 2010 07:15 PM

I apparently don't know what kind of chair that is in 8. At least...it doesn't match with my #9...and I can't solve

  7. AssetsPancakesdragontrainer on May 23, 2010 07:15 PM

[5] #4 is tough, it's not as much what the pictures on the right are of, but what they are.

  8. AssetsCheeseburgersoccer_ref on May 23, 2010 07:15 PM

[5] Think Andy Warhol for the 2nd half

  9. AssetsEggGamesX4 on May 23, 2010 07:15 PM

I didn't like 4....last pic just isn't a good representation of what the answer is..IMO

  10. AssetsCheeseburgersoccer_ref on May 23, 2010 07:16 PM

[6] I had it wrong at first too. It belongs on a cruise ship.

  11. AssetsXylophonehouck on May 23, 2010 07:17 PM

Gosh, I just LOVE this kind of puzzle! Thankyou Philana! Make more please.

  12. AssetsPepperracheal0101 on May 23, 2010 07:18 PM

[7] and [8] I am certain that that is wonderful salt unfortunately I still don't get it

  13. AssetsDuckiespoofme on May 23, 2010 07:20 PM

on #4, the left side isn't cola, it isn't Coke, it is...

  14. AssetsEggsonjahi on May 23, 2010 07:21 PM

That chair gave me fits too but not as much as the football player. Finally got them though. This was a great puzzle, Philana!

  15. AssetsEggGamesX4 on May 23, 2010 07:21 PM

[12] instead of those volkswagons, imagine that the Mona Lisa is there instead

  16. AssetsPepperracheal0101 on May 23, 2010 07:22 PM

[13] I think that means that I have the first oart correct. the last part still has me stumped. Thanks

  17. AssetsCheeseburgersoccer_ref on May 23, 2010 07:23 PM

    [16] TG sent

  18. AssetsCarrotmmene on May 23, 2010 07:23 PM

I would never have got #4 if not for google - I have to agree with [9]. But if a dummy like me can get it I guess anyone can - managed to get all three answers in the top 100 but just barely with this one.

  19. AssetsPepperracheal0101 on May 23, 2010 07:23 PM

AHA. All of the salt did help! Thanks guys

  20. AssetsPepperracheal0101 on May 23, 2010 07:24 PM

    [17] Thanks I'll check it now :)

  21. AssetsXylophoneDavmar on May 23, 2010 07:25 PM

    LOTS of FUN!!

  22. AssetsRocketigmkor66 on May 23, 2010 07:39 PM

I think I have everything but it isn't taking!!!

    [23] Thanks!

    2 out 3 in the top 100 isn't bad!

  23. AssetsCheeseburgersoccer_ref on May 23, 2010 07:26 PM

[22] If you want to TG me what you've got, I'll see if I can help.

  24. AssetsRaspberryjebediehard on May 23, 2010 07:48 PM

[15] Hmmm... I don't see how the Mona Lisa would fit the clue.

  25. AssetsSailboatrashawnsgrandma on May 23, 2010 08:04 PM

#11 is still driving me crazy - argh!

OM goodness gracious gosh - it's happened to me - post & solve, that is! I see comments about it All the time & thought yeah, right. But it is true!

  26. AssetsCheeseburgersoccer_ref on May 23, 2010 08:17 PM

    [25] LOL

  27. AssetsPumpkinRickj4029 on May 23, 2010 08:31 PM

I hate to say this but #11 was terrible!

I kept tying to figure out how the spine could fit or the vertebrae or the discs or the cervical, thoracic or lumbar regions or the sacrum etc...

Something a dog might bury would have done the trick!!!!!

  28. AssetsRaspberryjebediehard on May 23, 2010 08:48 PM

[27] Actually, it would not have done the trick at all.

There's a reason Philana put a FORTUNE COOKIE in the title of the puzzle and not just any ol' chocolate chip cookie.

If you look back at all the other clues, you will understand why that particular pic was needed in #11.

  29. AssetsBananahrdplstc on May 23, 2010 09:58 PM

Can't get #11 for the life of me.
never mind, got it. sheesh! (hits forehead with hand)

  30. Avatar_profilePlumpprattsj on May 23, 2010 10:28 PM

#9 and #111 gave me pause. But I got through them.

Thanks, Philana. I enjoy wheel of fortune cookie puzzles.

  31. Avatar_profileGrapesthunderdoozer on May 23, 2010 11:11 PM

I got caught up on two easy things: the food in 3 and the man in 9.

  32. Avatar_profileRocketslyreptile on May 24, 2010 08:03 AM

#4 gave me a fit. [8] gave the push I needed. Thanks!

  33. AssetsCheeseburgersoccer_ref on May 24, 2010 08:35 AM

For those still having trouble....the last word in #2 is NOT graph.

  34. AssetsRadishshirl60 on May 24, 2010 10:05 AM

Ack!!! Got all but #11... not getting salt!! Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

  35. Avatar_profilePearcroyhenric22 on May 24, 2010 11:03 AM

This is my favorite one yet!

  36. AssetsRaspberryRocketeer on May 24, 2010 05:47 PM

Technically #11's spine would have been more correct as a plural since one just refers to, well, one.

I struggled for a moment with the last one - just not familiar with one of those computery things to recognize what it was. (sigh).

    Overall very nice!!

  37. AssetsCornPhilana on May 25, 2010 07:15 AM

[36] It's true that the spine is made up up multiple vertebrae. But according to every reference I checked, the word xxxxxxxx does not mean a single vertebra but instead is a synonym of spine/spinal column/vertebral column.

However, I realize that you would know more than I do about the medical usage of that word.

  38. AssetsRaspberryRocketeer on May 25, 2010 05:14 PM

[37] I don't disagree with your use of that spinal word - I just have a personal problem (no, not that) with certain words of this here language.
And "medical usage of that word", at least in my experience, doesn't formally exist as the more proper vertebrae, etc, are used anyway...

  39. Avatar_profileKiwiPiratefishy on May 31, 2010 08:56 PM

7 and 3 are making me crazy >:(

  40. AssetsCarrotFalala on Aug 10, 2010 07:10 AM

I am not a gamer so #12 had me stumped for a bit.

  41. AssetsGarlicsammydb on Sep 17, 2010 03:51 PM

that was a lot of fun philana! thanks!
