Great sweep, jeb! They were all good in this puzzle, but my favorites were #10 and #13.

Man, I've got the idea but get stuck on 9 and can't get anything after that... Stuck on 9 through 14... haha, never happened like that before.

Took me a while to get the idea of this one. #11 was the one that gave me the key, but I like the way you think Jeb. Crypto 29th, hyper 37th, and oww 20th. Pretty good night for me.

[30] Follow the pattern but start with the bottom picture.

With the exception of that inconsistency with #9 I really liked this HC. I thought numbers 9, 10, and 11 would have made nice stand alone puzzles (with a modification for the beginning of course).

No Abraham Kuijper on #13? Oh well ...

I thought it was neat how 1-8, 10, and 11 preserved even the spelling of the clues. That was really elegant, except that 9, 12, 13, and 14 broke with that. Though 12-14 are good clues, they switch to just sounding like, instead of being spelled like. And 9 totally breaks form, though it's not a bad clue in its own right.

[45] The line is a clue; there's a positional preposition involved in the 3-word answer.

[40] For #9, you're going to use the big word on the beer label. Apart from that, I'll just say, "Ni!"

It's hard to help out on #12 without giving it away completely. [20] was excellent salt, especially given the popularity of the (current) TV show.

Not getting nine, even with all of salt...any other ideas?
