Excellent
still working through, great idea though
This has been done before, BUT what makes this better is that I don't believe there was the equivalent of #19 in the other puzzles.
Well done.
Excellent job! Just like the game!
[3] No, there wasn't, which makes this by far the best of this type I've seen!
Haha, I loved it!
I love the one with Tim Curry! There's like 4 different endings to the movie, so funny!
Great finish. Very fun puzzle.
sweet! That brought back some very fond memories.
Got it! 70th, quite nice.
awesome, wish i was better at that game so i couldn't have figured out the last clue sooner!!
Awesome! Murderer nearly got away before the bonus points ran out...
Fun! Sorry, sonjahi, no D'oh nut for your collection this time <g> Very well clued. Thanks!
Great puzzle!
I don't know how to figure out the accusation...
Great memories doing this one. Including the discovery of #19.
[15] Use what hasn't already been clued.
Well clued.
[5] Not only do we get the murderer, the room and the weapon, but reading from right to left near the middle of the grid, we also get the motive! Well done sonjahi. Very fun puzzle and nice clues.
I am one letter short for the final clue. I've double checked everything and it all seems to fit except this #19.
Could someone perhaps TG me? It may be a UK/US translation problem.
NM...I just figured out where I was going wrong. I was in a room on the wrong floor.
Very fun! The real mystery is why did we ever think hairstyles like they had in picture #10 were ever cool? Mullets rock!
can't believe I worked so hard, sitting here sweating, to come in 118th....sheesh
[20] You could be right. Think US version, not UK.
Terrific puzzle.
[19] Seriously? That would be very cool, but I'm not seeing it, if I understand what you're saying.
Right to left in the grid itself? On one specific horizontal line only?
[20] You can TG me with what you have for #19 if you want.
[19] The killer was a kook? LOL
[19] bsodamtl?
I figured it out sonjahi. Thanks anyway.
Loved it. Very nice.
Ah! That was a lot of fun :)
I did trip up for a bit at the end, but it turns out I'd reversed the last two words in #19! Silly mistake...
[31] You know, what's funny is that I did that too when I made it. I had it written down on my graphpaper one way and then I built the clue the other way! lol
[28] just a line above that... and not the whole line.
[33] Hah! I see it now. Cute. :)
sonjahi - you've outdone yourself and that is a feat in itself. very clever, very clever indeed - well done and thanx for the fun! :)
Brilliant!
Tanga is almost 4 years old and No One has done this one before???!!!!!! Amazing.
[31] Me three. That was driving me crazy, checking all my spelling.
Excellent hypercross. really enjoyed
The movie with Tim Curry (and a bunch of other familiar faces) is awesome. The multiple ending thing is a neat twist.
the 169th Tanga member to solve it. You earned 20 points for solving this.
Very, very nicely done!! Brilliant ending! Loved it!
Love it!
Very much loved this one!
By far one of my favorites...thanks, sonjahi!!
I'm glad everyone enjoyed this one. But I should give some credit where it is due. The idea was holdenbj's and after waiting several months for him to implement it, I secured permission to steal it.
And the grid is jebediehard's. My original grid was pretty darn good (not quite this tight, but good). But when he convinced me in the moderation process to change a couple of clues to the words that Americans would most recognize (I had been using wikipedia), it messed up the grid and I didn't have much free time. He had to take a couple of swipes at it - you should ask him about CANDLESICK... :)
So anyway, it was a group effort, I guess!
That was fantastic! It was one of my favorites growing up. Took me a second to jump get #19, I was looking for "clues" instead of remembering the rules of the game!
I can't figure out what I have wrong. Made sure I used the US version.
Edit: Oh silly me, I had the order of elements wrong in the accusation :)
"You are a freaking genius!! You solved this puzzle.

K so It took me a bit longer than 0 seconds but I will take the complement!
do not have a clue
[45] It was one of my favorites too. I bought a new copy to play with my kids (and to double-check the answers to my clues) and discovered it has changed considerably. I want my kids to play the old version so now I need to track down an old copy... Maybe mom's garage...
[48] TG sent.
awesome!
nice!
[46], I did the same thing, thanks for helping me out.
That was fun. Thanks!
Yeah, had to find the US name of the weapon in #19.. ;)
Cute.
that was great what a good idea for a puzzle
Awesome, awesome, awesome! Best idea for a puzzle yet! I loved it!
Absolutely awesome! I loved this puzzle. (Especially how #19 ties everything together!) Perfect considering the game.
That was soooo much fun!
