I can't figure out what the clue for the first pic of #10 is. Can't think of a word that has a T in it.

Got stuck on the dang bird. Ironically, felt rather STUPID once I got it (reverse image look-up). Very nice! And my claim of pride for this puzzle is that I didn't misspell anything.

Hit exactly 100! If I didn't have to retype them all in when I accidently closed the window, I would have been a lot higher. I hate when I do that.

[1] #10 is a tough one to spell ... but I think I've misspelled it so many times before that I am very careful now-a-days.
I ended up misspelling #3 instead and it took me 5 minutes (of course) to figure it out. Doh!

Edit: Hey ... looks like I earned a new fruit tonight too. Yippee!

[7] I haven't finished the puzzle, but I think the key to #13 is that it's NOT black

Edit: I got the bird but wished there had been more of a clue. I had to go through all the names I could come up with via Google, to find one that fit. This is a gripe from someone who CAN spell potato.

I was getting worried that I had to wait until word #8 to see that name.

[14] yeah, that was the only one that took me a while because the hue looked wrong on my laptop. Wish I'd seen your salt before I spent as much time as I did googling partial names....

I'm surprised that some of you didn't recognize #4. It's a pretty popular candidate for its respective letter in alphabet books/videos/etc.

Interesting, I learned that the way I always thought #10 was spelled my entire life was wrong.

Unfortunately, this puzzle took forever to load. In fact, I ended up going to another browser to get to the puzzle. I hope Tanga will look into all the delays we're suddenly experiencing.

[14] It's where you upload a picture to a site and have it look for examples of that picture on the web. I use tin-eye. I save the picture to my drive then upload it to the website (you can also specify a URL). Then usually, the name of the image on at least one of the hits will give me the word I'm looking for.

could i please get some salt on the bird? :-)

[29] yep, I'm in the same boat. Assuming that I have the correct color in #13, I don't know what else might be wrong. I think I have all of the spellings correct and everything crosses correctly. Just at a brick wall.

I had to Google 10 to get the spelling right. (If you ahve it misspelled, it'll tell you the right spelling.) If that doesn't work, go look up something they've done and get their name from it.

#4 gave me some trouble as I thought the bird in question was smaller than that. Other than that, nice little puzzle :)

[24] Wow... I had no idea that you could do that type of image search. I can't wait to try it -- although it doesn't seem like a very fun way to solve tanga puzzles!

colorblind doesn't help when the second and fifth letters of a couple colors are the same....

[24] [39] Tin Eye also has a plug-in for Firefox, so you only have to r-click the image to do an image search. I don't use it unless I have to, but some of the harder puzzles have been image recognition without other helps- particularly celebrity pics.

The bird and the color could definitely have been indicated a bit more clearly. I will learn from that. It's hard when constructing these things because you want to walk the line between too easy and too hard.

I appreciate your patience and perseverance. And here's a thought; after 24 hours you got the same reward I usually get for coming here and solving the puzzles a little late!

Only problem was the stupid bird. If they had given the first letter of the kind of bird from another line, it would have been reasonable. [11] Thanks for the reverse image hint.
