My best trio ever: 2nd, 2nd, and 4th.
17th!
Cool!
Stuck on #17, the last two clues don't make sense.
Needed a more accurate picture for 13.
My best trio ever as well.. 61st, 4th, and 41st :-) first time getting top 100 in all three. It pays to be on time
All but 17
got it
Got it, 66th.
#7?
nvm
Need #8 & #17
I didn't feel like #17 fit with the rest of the clues.
Also I got this strange message when I submitted the correct answers:
"You got it! But we're not going to save your answer."
I got that a couple times when submitting, and I finally checked the puzzle in a different tab and saw I was credited with finishing it.
Salt for #16???
Edit: Got it, #103
For those with problems on 17, "Ziggy" begins row #2 of pictures. (no intentional salt here, just a clarification on picture order).
As for help on it, do as you should whenever you are stuck:say it out loud
clue salt:
#7: I really can't see where your problem with this one is, but: what's it a picture of?
#8: Using in-picture clues, a "to do ..." or a "check ..."
#16: Identify the grain, and SAY IT OUT LOUD.
Finally got #17, but did not like the phonetics of the use of the Ziggy clue.
#15 was really cute
#17... tricky the way you snuck in a duh clue there... basically. :)
I am lost on #17. Something does not fit, but I think the others are correct. Anyone willing to check me?
[17] Sure
ANY salt at all please TG me.
[16] I like #15 as well ... although it was sort of an oddball.
[11] I actually like it when Jeb makes the last clue slightly different, like a finale. He does this well IMO.
got all but #1, salt please.
edit: nm, got it.
thanks [22]
[21] Would it be easier if it was pancakes?
Can anyone help w/ 14 & 17, please?
[23] for #14, it's the nickname for the item pictured, or the action performed on it.
What about #16. It is the only one I am not sure of
[25] check your TG
TY 24...but now that means I have 15 wrong. This Hyper is really confusing me.
Can't get 16 either.
Edit: Thanks [14].... once you solve the title clue I now understand why saying it out loud works... I actually had 17 before I had finished some of the other clues... I guess I grew up hearing that phrase a lot - As the youngest child, I knew exactly what that was like...
Don't like 17. Doesn't match the rest properly.
Also, pic 13 shows a breaker box, not what is being clued.
I have a word for #8 and a word for #9 but they don't fit together so I have one of them wrong. Clearly the most obvious word for one of them is not right.
Any salt for them is appreciated.
[30] #9 seemed the most obvious, #8 maybe not quite so much. Have you tried prefacing both of them properly to make sure they both sound right in that context?
Hung up for a bit on #16, and #17....well, DUH!
stuck on clue #17. do they read left to right? (got it that 'ziggy' is 2nd row) the words as is don't fit by 3rd pic and phonetically i'm not hearing anything recognizable. any help?
Well that was fun. #17 was the tough one.
no clue on 16
It took me quite a while to get the last word. May I just say... DUH.
what's 13 and 15?
i just need #16 #17 den i'm okay :(
i finally got 17, but now i'm wondering if 16 is wrong since it doesn't really make sense. is it not 2 words? i've tried saying it out loud, and i've even used both words for the first pic, but i can't hear it. can someone please help me out on 16? or look at my answers even?
nevermind- i FINALLY got it! [35] and [39] you have to say it out loud but also pay attention to the theme- use the title, what i did not do at all until now- DUH!
i give up on 17...
Don't quite understand how you guys are checking individual answers. I've got a fair amount of confidence on all my answers, yet it's still wrong. Can't figure out which one =/
[41] There isn't a way to check individual answers - people just have less confidence in a particular one, that's why they specify one they are having trouble with. If you'd like to send me your list of answers, I can let you know which one is wrong. You probably just have an elusive spelling mistake or typo.
[37] I found #13 oddly clued. I refer to that box as something else. The answer word, I think more of something you find in your car somewhere under the dashboard - can be a factor if lights don't come on, for example. Maybe you are in the same boat.
And don't get mad about #15 - just relax, man! Gosh, some people get mad so easily!
(lol - that's salt - not a comment on you personally)
[40] don't give up on 17, just attack it differently. i kept trying 2 different words for the first pic, both of which fit but didn't sound like anything with the rest of the words. finally came up with a third word for the pic, which happened to be the right one, and then i could "hear" it. all 3 of those words start with the same letter. what exactly is the arrow pointing to?
I am totally lost on 16 & 17.
Salt anyone?
I think I have 16, but 17 has me stumped.
