seems like #7 takes a little guesswork

I'm stuck on #1
I agree that #7's picture was vague and should have had a block of cheese sitting off by itself. Of course, when my answers didn't take at first, it turned out to be because my answer to #3 was spelled based on Andrew Dice Clay's remake version. (He needed the money. OOHHH!)
As for #1, he and his 9 brothers are mentioned gallivanting with a partridge at Christmas.
[1] Agree. The man should be positioned in a small hollow or valley with lots of trees. I had trouble with the clarity of #10, but could figure it out from the first letter crossing. Still fun puzzle. Liked the trip down memory lane.

[5] Thanks, finally figured it out. I kept insisting he was a gentleman from Hamelin, but that didn't fit. I guess I overlooked the significance of the green items surrounding him.
Image clarity could have been a lot better.
