ETA: per usual, saw it as soon as I posted. That one is commonly used medicinally. It's supposed to be good for depression.

I was totally going to make this puzzle with a few of the same clues (particularly with the bird), but you definitely outdid all of my other ideas. The 'e' clue is fantastic.

[28] I don't think any are misspelled, but you might try checking your answers for the princess and for the duke, since it's likely that those would be the ones for which you might have had another spelling.

nice puzzle. great clues. I do seem to recall doing one with this very theme not too long ago. But who cares? Lord knows we have had repeats of sports themes and what not.
The Duke was giving me trouble... I thought he had his nose pierced for a while. And then when I got... I spelled it wrong and spent some time tracking that down.
