That one's different from the others -- it's a clue to a clue, rather than directly leading to a name.

Hmm... having trouble with the socks. And I think one of the answers is duplicated.
Edit:Got the socks. Now to figure out which of these duplicates isn't correct.

I'm scratching my head on the key/scissors one. The goat, while at first I thought was exceedingly ridiculous, was what finally keyed me into the theme.

I've googled the name, but even knowing that doesn't really help me, maybe I don't know this one, much like one of the laughter ones, never heard of it before tonight.
Nevermind, got it. I thought I knew what that thing above his pic was and I was right, but I couldn't make it into anything. It just fell into place.

[41] I realize that about the boat one and know what it wants me to do, but what's left doesn't register as a word to me.
And the tree one, I only know her for being in beach movies and that she advertised some kinda peanutbutter at some point. Otherwise, before my time.
EDIT: Ugh...got them with some BGG salt. *GROAN*

Probably VERY salty
Where is the convict? Prison or Jail? Those totes, mayhaps they are bins? Put it all together, slur your words a bit, you might realize you know these thing after all. I know a certain bunny that comes once a year leaves these hidden in little plastic eggs a lot.

Didn't like this one as much as the previous Hypercrosses. The misspelling of one entry, the mixture of brand names with generic names, etc. And the AWFUL pronunciation stretches required just weren't fun. Surely there was a better clue than the tree to get the first part of that answer.

Wow, took me a while to get this one. I got the theme, but I agree with [55]... mixing brand names with generics made it confusing... plus the pronunciation stretches... ugh.
[55] I don't think it's really misspelled, but rather it is technically incorrect. I think if anyone tries to look it up on Wiki, they'll see what we mean.
With the goat one, I actually think the first picture was the problem... too ambiguous. I had to go to BGG to get salt to figure it out. Maybe a picture of a certain 80s band would have been better used?
The two laughing ones were confusing at first, but using Dictionary.com and Thesaurus.com helped straighten them out.

[58] For the correct entry into the puzzle, PATTY should have been spelled PATTIE. You put the character name in the puzzle rather than the candy name.
