[5] It is a type of board- similar to pressboard. The full answer fits the theme of the others (which is more than just the puzzle title)

6 is not the actor nor his character name, it's broader. But it is "he". :)

[45] Never heard of it, but the clues are straightforward on that one. For a little extra salt, RumouR has it the answer is FleeTing. Perhaps you should use a MaC.
