I was using ankle weights in physical therapy and couldn’t stand the sight of them and how they’d slip around on my ankles. These are pricey but the quality is unmatched.

I did research the weight amount for ankle weights. I use a 10 lb medicine ball on a couple let exercises. So was thinking 5 lbs. But upon research...I got these 2 lb weights. Was sort of... meh? Hope they aren't to light...and I notice a difference.Yes...a huge difference! My upper thighs screamed afterwards from exercises using them. I'm quite happy with the results...as well as they are comfortable and don't slide on my ankles.I did watch a video where one kept the elastic at the back of ones ankle. I do that...and they are comfortable.I highly suggest one pondering if they will make a huge difference...they up ones game if you aren't using anything at the moment. Worth the money...
