I love tanga and love the deals that you provide. I have not been happy with the magazine subscriptions at all though. I have ordered about 6 subscriptions and have not received any at all. Every time I email you guys about it, I get someone tell me they will get back to me and they don't. I wish the communication were better and the magazine subscriptions actually arrived.
Hi Black_Roses15 - it looks like all of your magazines have been ordered from the very end of August through October. As it states in all of the magazine product descriptions, it does take 10-12 weeks for magazines to arrive (first issue). So if you haven't received the first magazines you ordered by Dec 1st, we can start pinging the publishers.
That's because publishers usually have their mags ready to go 2 months out and they print how many they need for those 2 monthly editions. When new subs come in, if they have extras, they send them out. If not, they get put into the print queue for a future month (usually 3 months out.) Sometimes I've gotten my subscriptions in 6 weeks, others have taken 12 weeks.

Good job, guys! Your "play" section is a great retention idea, because people are returning to solve the puzzles, then looking around while on the site.

[5] What's even better, IMO, than the "play" section is the "Puzzle creation" aspect of the site.
If you've ever thought of creating a puzzle, give it a shot! It's very user-friendly and loads of creative fun.

black-rose...it took awhile for magazines I ordered to arrive, but once they did I have had no problem. Can't beat the price and I've even gotten a few other magazines sent to me for a month or two without any obligation. I think its a great way to send a gift that people can look forward to each month.
