As I've grown older, I have found that Lucky Charms has become one of my favorite cereals. Oops, did I actually say that out loud?
If we win on the tickets, can we mail them in to get the cash? If not, I guess we mail them to you then you write us a check.
most states will allow you to mail for the cash (in check form).
if it's under $10 could we mail it to tanga for tanga cash? :)
[4] [5] Those are Arizona lottery tickets, it is a lottery to stay in the state, it doesn't pay cash. :) Hope the Va governor doesn't see it, he already has enough ideas, ex. selling off off shore oil rights, new one, selling off state run ABC stores for short term profit. sigh... Va is spinning the bowl, just a few more flushes should do it.

stay in the state? think we all know you can only claim a winning ticket in the state that the game was issued from but can mail the ticket to have the money sent to you. at least that's the way it is in Ohio/Pa (I think). having lived just over the OH border in PA I've heard of that happening. also lived in MD and had played MD, DE and VA games I'm sure I have heard of people sending them in to have the winnings sent to the winners in other states. If it's a problem I am sure a winning ticket could be sent to Tanga to cash it in. really don't understand [it is a lottery to stay in the state, it doesn't pay cash]. I thought all instant tickets from all the states paid cash. some just may not pay out a winning ticket to a resident of another state. but hey! haven't checked into the recent laws on this. let me know. thanks!

[8] sorry, just tongue in cheek, wasn't clear. It is Arizona, they came up with yet another creative way of dealing with their immigration problem and to raise big money, aka a lottery, win and you get to stay in Arizona and they will bump you, via of magic, to the head of the line for a Fed green card.

have used that phrase for many years. think it started when a crowd of us went to see Star Wars IV after we went clubbing. none of us could drive so we went to the closest movie theater. still wonder to this day how many people we seriously annoyed that night but gotta tell ya, watching Star Wars in that state was memorable.
