What Are You Thankful For?
Maybe because I’m getting older, maybe a little wiser, but this year I’ve been thinking a lot about what I’m thankful for and wanted to share it… If you so feel inclined, please post what you are thankful for in this thread!
“Gratitude is the sign of noble souls. -Aesop”
“Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity…. It turns problems into gifts, failures into success, the unexpected into perfect timing, and mistakes into important events. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow. – Melodie Beattie”
I’m thankful for an incredible family, a supportive, amazing, beautiful wife, my three kids who always constantly amaze me with how smart and gorgeous they are (even though they make me angry when they beat me at board games!), my faith, my friends who have stuck with me for years, my health, all them guys/gals that work on Tanga everyday and all of my friends/Tanganites on Tanga!

Besides the family and friends ...
I'm thankful that I do not have any space in my house. I am blessed with more than enough toys and blessed that I cannot keep buying more. And fewer rooms keeps the family closer together.
Oh! And I'm thankful for stupid drivers ... 'cause they teach me to be patient.
my wife finally here by my side.
I'm thankful for ursodeoxycholic acid.
[3] I'm thankful for deoxyribonucleic acid. Without it, I just wouldn't be me LOL. Seriously though, the way things have been in this country over the past year or two, I am very thankful to have a good-paying and steady job.
I am very thankful for an extremely supportive husband and for all of my family being healthy and close by. We all have jobs, roofs over our heads, gas in the tanks, and full refrigerators, so life isn't too bad at the moment.
This may be my paternal grandmother's last Thanksgiving/ Christmas, so we're taking life slowly right now and are just thankful we're able to say good bye to her slowly.
Also, on a happier note, hubby's sister's first baby is due this Friday-- if anyone prays, please do for a safe and easy delivery!
