Seems to have a lot of fans with some good reviews. It is called an "offshoot" of Brittannia.

Tanga sold this a few weeks ago. I forget the price, though.

    [1] Heh heh...offshoot...

3hrs -that's a bit long for me 2hr..or even 2.5 if its an engaging fun game
    (just my ramblings)
    but it does look interesting

Anyone in the Springfield, MA / Hartford, CT area interested in splitting shipping?

  7. ChimbleysweepGrapesChimbleySweep on Thu Mar 04, 2010 06:57 AM

Will split shipping to Dallas, TX

  8. Avatar_profileWatermelondiadem on Thu Mar 04, 2010 07:21 AM

@Broggi: That's a pretty large area. Won't gas alone cost as much as the savings in shipping?

  9. Avatar_profileWatermelondiadem on Thu Mar 04, 2010 07:32 AM

Assuming gas prices of $2.90/gal after tax and a fuel efficiency of 20 miles per gallon ($0.145/mile), 12 miles away from home is about your limit to break even for the $3.50 saved in shipping. This ignores other obvious factors, like wear and tear.

[9] I live in Southwick, MA, but work in Hartford,CT, so I'm travelling through that area anyway.

[11] Ever come up to the Amherst area? I'm not really interested in this game, but might be up for splitting in the future.

  12. Avatar_profileAppleBroggi on Thu Mar 04, 2010 10:02 AM

[12] Sorry, but I hardly ever make it up to Amherst.

[12] I went to Amhest! I remember Phoenix Games well, although it looks like they're closed. Maybe the people who frequent Worlds Apart, its apparent replacement, are interested?

I hope this ends up being a two day deal like Junta. Need to get paid tomorrow to place my order. I missed this last time, and I would love to get in on this deal.

[14] Sweet! I visit Worlds Apart on occasion, but I don't really know anyone there. There's also another game store at the Hampshire Mall now too.
