I have a ring similar to this...the "Matrix" design. Judging by the pictures however, this appears to be a cheap fake knock-off from TitaniumEra.com Save yourself the $$ and buy the real thing if you like it. Excellent company

Tanga has good stuff, and I've bought from them before, but research before you spend!

[4] "Save yourself the $$ and buy the real thing"??

yeah save you're money and buy something that costs 10X as much... I think I'd reather 10 of the cheap knock-offs then one really expensive one.

I'm with you, Infotel. Save myself the money? Laugh. I am not keen on paying $80 for some stylistic brush effects...no thank you.

Perhaps if paying 10x more for something makes one feel better about the item, then more power to them. Me, I prefer to save money on things like this and spend it where it matters more to me.

There is an old adage; There is a man for every woman, and a wallet for every watch. This is to say that for every over priced bauble there is someone who thinks it's a good deal. Mind you, I am a collector of time pieces so I know something about spending money on foolish things.

While I appreciate Infotel posting letting people know about the same style ring somewhere else, I doubt many people here want to spend 80 more bucks - for the same style ring.

I just bought 2 titanium rings here (the spinner ring and the karma ring) and got them today. I am really pleased with my 2 rings which cost me 30 plus including shipping. Are they as good as a 90 dollar ring? I have no idea because I am not going to spend that much for a ring that looks the same and is made of the same stuff.

The only difference is if I lose one of these I am going to spend a few minutes looking for it before I order another. With a 90 dollar ring I am going to spend hours looking for it and then another hour kicking myself for spending that much on a ring.

Note that titaniumera.com has "aircraft grade" titanium (select from 2 different "aircraft grade" levels of hardness). Tanga swears these are commercial grade. Scratch easier, but can much more easily be cut off in an emergency.

The major reason to buy "the real thing" is if you want a size not offered here, such as small or extra-large, or a 1/4 size. My wedding ring is 0.25 size smaller than the substitute ring I bought here on Tanga, and it does fit better -- but for an el cheapo substitute, the titan ring does just fine.
