    Oh god no....

  2. Avatar_profileGrapes9thdr on Thu Aug 02, 2007 05:57 PM

LOL I have to laugh at this point. I'd buy this if it was about half of what you guys are selling it for. Even then I'd have buyer's remorse.

    Money well saved.

  4. FileRadishturales on Thu Aug 02, 2007 06:02 PM

YOu Can save some bucks for a regular game... I have Betray at house on the hill and waiting for a good deal for Arkham, and this looks like MOnsters Menace America

This seems like a good/fair review.

god I want to want this one, the theme is just up my alley, but the reviews really suck on it.

  7. Avatar_profileWatermelonnervousone on Thu Aug 02, 2007 06:11 PM

Not cheap enough to take a flyer on it. Less than $20 and it'd be *almost* worth it.

  8. Avatar_profilePlumTwigleaf on Thu Aug 02, 2007 06:14 PM

Woohoo. Monsters. Look mom! I'm Frankenstein.

  9. FileKiwiBigSpoon816 on Thu Aug 02, 2007 06:17 PM

Just not yet. maybe another time.Looks like fun though.

  10. FilePotatoDrParty06 on Thu Aug 02, 2007 06:20 PM

    really slow tangathon this time

  11. Avatar_profileWatermeloncjsloki on Thu Aug 02, 2007 06:20 PM

I have this game. It is worth 20.00 or less.

  12. BebadoPlumcrankin666 on Thu Aug 02, 2007 06:26 PM

It comes with some very cool die though!!! Buy it.

  13. Avatar_profilePlumTwigleaf on Thu Aug 02, 2007 06:42 PM

I'm just happy to at least see some boardgames up for sale. Things could be worse, and we could get horrible things like Narnia dvd sets from last week.

  14. Avatar_profileWatermelonnervousone on Thu Aug 02, 2007 06:45 PM

...or Narnia box sets today... which we did.

I'm still holding out for Age of Discovery or Battle Lore... crossing fingers...

[14] those will probably be the finale with like 3 copies.

  16. FileRadishturales on Thu Aug 02, 2007 06:50 PM

I'm waiting for another Mystery games package....last time was good for me...

Boy, a lot of you are spoiled, now. It's a decent price for a game that was released this year. They're not going to slash the price that deep that soon. I'd be sorely tempted to buy if I were interested in this game.

  18. FilePeartelliott on Thu Aug 02, 2007 06:54 PM

Yeah, not my personal cup of tea, but I love seeing board games up on this site.

  19. Avatar_profilePlumTwigleaf on Thu Aug 02, 2007 06:55 PM

Going to be bedtime soon. I wish they would auction off the more popular items first, and let the others slowly sell during the A.M. hours. The last item is always a doozie, and I hate to miss it.

  20. FileGrapesMalechi on Thu Aug 02, 2007 06:56 PM

Hmmm, a sealed Monster Mayhem just sold 27 minutes ago on eBay for .99 cents plus 6.00 shipping ... Not a good sign. However, I do have to agree with crankin666 - Very cool dice! Cut the price in half next time and I might even think about it.

    Next please ...

Reminds me a bit of Monsters Menace America, another game with cool bits and not much substance. I have always wanted to rewrite the rules to that, making them more climactic, right after I rewire my old 57 Chevy and make up a new will...so, no new projects today, thanks.

  22. FileWatermelonStarblind on Thu Aug 02, 2007 07:06 PM

Awesome theme, cool looking dice, neat miniatures. But the reviews on this are generally pretty horrible.

At least it's a board game though.

Just wanted to remind people that you can watch Tanga at http://twitter.com/tanga. If you get a twitter account (free and easy) and you are signed on to IM, you can be IM'd when Tanga releases a new product for sale. Or, set it up to be emailed or SMSd or whatever.

  24. AvatarCarrotrobrizob on Thu Aug 02, 2007 07:26 PM

I am ready to buy a game, but not this one. LET'S DO THIS TANGA.

  25. Avatar_profilePeachdavido on Thu Aug 02, 2007 07:27 PM

maybe I should have bought Return of the Heroes yesterday, instead of thinking 'maybe there will be a Tanga-thon soon, need to save the bucks'. So much for half-a$$ed precognition...

  26. FileEggGamesX4 on Thu Aug 02, 2007 07:48 PM

This will be up a long time. You can buy this cheaper several places.

  27. Avatar_profilePearmdanuser on Thu Aug 02, 2007 08:00 PM

    Almost...!

Is that Twitter thing faster than the email notifications? I have IM and email on my phone so I'd like to do whichever is faster.
