Bad reviews at Costco breaks down immediately too bad.

Great Concept - Poorly Made

"I purchased 5 of these for my accounting staff for Christmas presents. The concept for this is perfect!! However within 1 minute of use, 2 of the 5 were broken. They are poorly made, so I returned all 5.
The problem was with the envelope opener for both units. (1) It opened the letter once and never worked again. The letter opener mechanism is the same for the pencil sharpener so it also did not work. (2) It opened the letter, but the piece which senses the letter was pushed back into the machine and would not come out. So the letter opener would continue to run and it needed to be unplugged to stop.
Costco was great and returned it without questions and received a full refund."

Not a very good purchase

"I share the previous review that this is a great concept with very good aethetics. However, after opening two letters, the letter opener refused to stop going and had to be unplugged. The cutting blades stuck in the cutting position so it's really not operational. I will be returning it."

I bet this device makes wonderful coffee.
