Bought one of these at full price a couple weeks ago and it works great. It was well worth the hundred bucks I paid for it and at $25 bucks it's a steal. I think I'll be stocking up on my Christmas gifts early this year,
I make pressed flower arrangements too! OMG this would make mine look so professional. Were those pressed flower bookmarks in the last photo? Such a good idea I never thought about that i could give them as gifts
How much for the refill plastic? Seems like that's where they get you -- just like printers, both inkjet and laser -- once you figure what the price of the ink is, you're basically getting the printer for free (especially if you get it on sale) but they screw you with the refill prices.
I have been pricing laminators for the last month or so, and couldn't find anything for under $40, shipped. Atleast, not anything decent. I can't wait to get this in. I plan to laminate some folder games for my 2 year old to play with during church. Maybe I will be able to stay in service for the whole time... :-)
[5] The flowers don't bend at all. There are rollers that pull that paper through flat. It actually hardens and makes it look like this was made using some expensive process. Laminators really are a lot of fun... my little girls LOVE to laminate things for school projects. Their teachers love it too.
....
I would so laminate EVERYTHING in my house. Too tempting...

[3] I'm thinking whatever you laminate needs to be able to bend a bit as it runs thru the roller. Not sure if your flowers would survive.
You can pick up any lamination pouches (thick or thin) to use with this. Staples or wherever!
