truly a great temption. one of the great offers from Tanga.. willl it be played? do I have the time? But, this is the new deluxe version with the much nicer board and bits.... But 180 minutes? when? with 2 kids? when... :(

I'm not so gullible as to believe that just because there was advertised shipping, that it wasn't some mistake. I'm expecting to get the message from Tanga saying that it was a screw up and that all orders were cancelled. They've done that on a couple of items in the past that I've ordered.

Thank goodness it sold out; all the comments were making me interested, but I just can't think of anyone who would want to spend 3 hours playing a one on one game with me. Heck, I'm not that keen on most people either.

That might be a good random question. Have you ever worked in radio or TV broadcasting?

I looked up KDMX on Wikipedia. I see the Borg own them now. I'm old enough to remember when a station getting bought by a big broadcasting group usually meant the station would get better. Of course, that was back when there were reasonable limits on the number of stations you could own. Now you don't have to compete when there are no competitors.

I saw this as soon as it started and realized I didn't have my debit card on me. My girlfriend had it and I didn't want to ask her for the number so she wouldn't be mad about another game. The next morning, I explain to her the deal and she says, "Yeah, you need to take a deal like that when it happens." Thanks a lot! Unbelievable!

Just circling back to say I FINALLY received these games from Tanga. For those still waiting, it DOES come with the revised errata cards and the "upgraded" (cardstock) player aids. So the games should be complete and no need to get anything from GMT directly.
