WhooHoo!!!! First top ten...I guess it helps to be here early. Excellent puzzle!

Cool.
8th in 13 minutes.
Got the first and second steps quickly, but it took me a while to see the answer.
Is #2 even a real word?
[edit: Okay, nevermind... it seems many of them aren't real words.]
[6] Not really, but it's close enough and doesn't aversely affect the solution. There's a disclaimer in the solution.
[6-edit] Many? Only 2. I guess that's 20%, but I'm not sure I'd call that "many". :)
Actually did the last step first, 'cause I thought Spamwise was bein' sneaky. Then had to go back and do it the right way.
13th.
[ 6 ] Apparatus: You're right; it isn't a word.
But I just did some quick checking, and there doesn't appear to be a real word that would work in its place, given the puzzle's constraints.
[10] Yeah, I did more than quick checking. I had gotten so close that I decided to just coin a word or two. Hopefully that isn't too distracting to solvers. :)
Nifty puzzle - I love how things just seem to emerge.
[8] You are correct. I "overexaggerated"
"eglantinely"? (And: didn't we just have this puzzle two days ago?)
salt?
* It took you 15 minutes and 50 seconds to solve this puzzle.
This one feels like a victory. Very eglantine puzzle.
I get the first and second steps... I got the word fore the third step, I just don't get how to apply it!
[17]
Then don't!
damn it for bad spelling
[17] Maybe there is nothing to apply.

Another nice puzzle spamwise! Well done!
VERY clever puzzle! I was baffled until I broke out Word to type them out.
Fun. I was doing everything correctly but couldn't see the forest through the trees on the second step so I had to use some BGG salt.
Excel might help you better with this puzzle than Word.
[22]That's what I did. [23]Good idea!
I don't get what the second step is. . .but I somehow skipped it and went straight from the first to the last. (In fact, you might be able to figure out the last step just by looking at the puzzle.)
SALT
Get familiar with MID and Len function in Excel.
Cool one. :)
tee hee, I liked that one.
[26]
Geez, that's a little overkill, isn't it? Just use notepad with a fixed-width font.
doesn't it bug people to have to use programs, print out the puzzles or call 800 numbers to solve these things?
[30]
There's no reason to do any of those things for this puzzle. It makes one step a tad easier...but it's certainly not necessary. I agree that the 800-number the other day didn't seem much like a puzzle.
Any clues
