    Not again!

    Oh, and 2nd ;-)

  2. FileGrapesxpsdude on Tue Jun 05, 2007 07:05 PM

Is it just me or is there an extra letter??

  3. DotSailboatwererat on Tue Jun 05, 2007 07:06 PM

I'm pretty sure there is an extra letter.

  4. FileBananaahecht on Tue Jun 05, 2007 07:07 PM

I'm pretty sure this is the third time this type of puzzle has been posted.

  5. BearSailboatkarp on Tue Jun 05, 2007 07:08 PM

I'll up the bid...I'm ABSOLUTELY sure there is an extra letter.

  6. Avatar_profilePearmundane on Tue Jun 05, 2007 07:11 PM

There was a similar puzzle to this one. The previous one had some upside down letters. And I agree there is an extra letter.

  7. FileStrawberryUofIKappaDelta on Tue Jun 05, 2007 07:11 PM

anyone like some tea? I've got extra

  8. FileRocketPhantaCComics on Tue Jun 05, 2007 07:13 PM

I had it all figured out but the extra letter threw me. Maybe it does have some purpose we aren't seeing? Or it is just extra, an oversight.

  9. Avatar_profileGrapesetargum on Tue Jun 05, 2007 07:14 PM

There is an extra letter - but I believe the solution "phrase" sort of points to it.

  10. FileClockmust67 on Tue Jun 05, 2007 07:29 PM

Extra extra read all about T

  11. FileTomatobcgrote on Tue Jun 05, 2007 07:45 PM

Well, it DOES say there's something wrong, and read it as it OUGHT to be!!!

    Maybe the puzzle is NOT-T!

  12. FileTomatobcgrote on Tue Jun 05, 2007 07:56 PM

Hmm, after a few days of kill me now puzzles, today's 3 were comparatively easy and much more fun!

    Thanks!

2 Thoughts, 1. I like the extra letter. 2. If I can solve it under a minute it is a bit to easy.

  14. FileRocketPhantaCComics on Tue Jun 05, 2007 08:06 PM

Actually, yeah, the extra letter doesn't hurt it at all, as someone else said, the answer sort of creates a phrase telling you the answer is what you got minus the extra letter. Was that intentional or are we just sort of stretching it to make it work? Hard to say, maybe tomorrow when the solution is revealed it will indicate that indeed the extra letter was intended.

As for the time to answer, myself as with others got these quickly which was a nice change of pace. . . though it does seem there are at least a few people struggeling a little with each puzzle today so while t was easy for some of us it still can be hard for others. Of course, on days where I've spent over an hour on puzzles others have gotten them within moments. I guess it just shows that there are all types of thinkers here.

    =O
    Oooooh noooooo!!!

I'm dreadfully sorry everyone. In my haste to create this puzzle, I didn't clean up an artifact left over from my first idea.

TThere is, mostt definittely an exttra lettter which is nott inttenttional.

  16. FileDuckiespamwise on Wed Jun 06, 2007 05:32 AM

The puzzle now is as it was intended. (Sure, it has to be the one puzzle of mine that I don't watch the blog like a hawk as soon as the puzzle was released...)

I'd like to thank [9] and others for giving me the benefit of the doubt and stretching for a reason that things were there, but, in truth, I wasn't being that clever. Just careless. :(

  17. FilePotatoDandelion_Wine on Wed Jun 06, 2007 07:05 AM

That's funny cuz I just came here to do it, then I did it, and then I read the blog and I'm thinking "what extra letter?" :)

  18. FilePlumsjlee on Wed Jun 06, 2007 07:23 AM

    [17] Me too.

  19. FileEggMurdoctor on Wed Jun 06, 2007 09:23 AM

"TORAH"... "HMO"... does this puzzle have anything to do with Jewish doctors? LOL

  20. Avatar_profileWatermelonnienor on Wed Jun 06, 2007 10:01 AM

[19] Thanks for the hint...it was just what I needed.

  21. FileGarlicChupper on Wed Jun 06, 2007 10:12 AM

I think tomorrow's puzzle should be to figure out what the newly-unveiled logo of the 2012 Olympics is supposed to be!

  22. Sc002a57f6Pumpkinrunart on Wed Jun 06, 2007 10:30 AM

I think it's supposed to be"2012" -Tangans could come up with something more interesting and artistic than that - it is LAME.

  23. FileGarlicmartinp13 on Wed Jun 06, 2007 02:00 PM

[21] I think it's one of the Bosses from Super Paper Mario... looks like him, anyway. :)

  24. FileBananaahecht on Wed Jun 06, 2007 07:03 PM

Wow, it's Deja Vu all over again.

  25. FileEggplantMrPlow99 on Wed Jun 06, 2007 07:04 PM

  26. Avatar_profilePearmatias on Wed Jun 06, 2007 07:05 PM

  27. FileClockmust67 on Wed Jun 06, 2007 07:08 PM

At least let us guess it again. We could use the points!
