How to Play
One Word Wonders are word puzzles where the answer is exactly one word. Decipher the image below to come up with the answer. For a better idea on how to solve this puzzle view an example. If you get stuck you can ask for help in the comments section. Hints are posted 24 hours after puzzle's publish date (if provided by author).

The easy ones seem so much harder lately
Is it too early to say I'm stumped?
[2] No, and I'll join you
No sir, I'm not seeing it.
The letters I have definitely would not spell a word. I wonder if there is a mistake with this puzzle..
Yeah, I got nuthin...
Well it's not *typical* Tanga...but not an unknown method either.
i dont get it
got any help?
weird
[8] I'm so glad I'm not alone!!
OMG I finally got it! Not that hard lol
Sweet, my first top 100 in forever.
[12] A tiny grain?
[14] can I sponge off whatever salt you get :-)
[15] If I get - I'll share!
Can someone sprinkle a little salt on the sidewalk...it's a little slippery out here!
Any salt on how to solve this?
Just put them in order...there are many ways to put things in order, just ask the Jackson 5
WhooHoo!
.
(First top 100, woo!)
Not too hard, really. 'Order' may not mean what you think it means.
[19] I'm not sure what you mean, but yes, just like the jackson five
Got it!!
Wish I'da got it earlier... 95th
[19] Thanks for trying to help me but I still don't get it.
You solved this puzzle in 56 minutes and 3 seconds and were the 104th Tanga member to solve it. You earned 10 points for solving this.
Salt for others, spelling it out is the first step, one more step involved...
[19] Thanks, now I've got "A, B, C" running through my head taunting me, but still no solution.
[25] spell it out
Got it but don't get it.
Murdoctor was the anagram just to make it hard?
[24] dont keep ot to your self give me a hint
[29] Well, in all fairness, he did mention that in the instructions...
very fine puzzle, I went down the wrong path and got nowhere. I hit the dead end and gave up for a bit. Upon returning to it the other path became clear and there was my answer. Just missed 100 though, 102nd.
Still got nothing... I'm not nearly as clever as I like to think.
[29]- the 2nd [29]
It's hard to give much more salt than what has been given. Let's just say it as: no one said anything about changing the numbers. Just put them in order with the letter that's already there.
Sorry if that's a bit obtuse.
[29] Spelling it out is the first step, there is one more step involved after that.
Oi Vey when ya mess up a simple step it just goes down hill from there
Well, I tried it the easy way. Now I suppose I try the "different ways to apply numbers to letters" tricks until I happen across one that works.
I have to remember to not bother when I see Murdoctor's name next to a puzzle. I come home to relax after a day's worth of thinking.
[29] Anagram? There was no anagram. No random anagram anyway. The instructions say to put them in order, and if you do that the word appears with no rearranging.
Clear, subtle puzzle, IMHO.
You solved this puzzle in 1 hour, 1 minute and 49 seconds and were the 174th Tanga member to solve it. You earned 10 points for solving this.
Had to go solve a couple other puzzles before I could come back to this one. It's only "clear and subtle" once you get it, IMHO :)
[34] Thank you! That cleared it up for me. :)
Solved in 21 mins 33 seconds.
It is pretty easy, especially if you did the one yesterday (or 2 days ago). And if that isn't enough salt I have no idea what else would help anyone get it.

Not too bad when you start to try other ways that just the standard substitutions. And [34] helps lead you in that direction.
You solved this puzzle in 8 minutes and 11 seconds and were the 217th Tanga member to solve it.
I can't believe I fell for the same Tanga trick twice in one week!
[29] The numbers are not in the necessary order in the puzzle, but there is a way to order them correctly where you do not need to anagram the answer. And that correct order also has to do with numbers. I took a little deviation from the regular solve methods, though it has been used before -- you can count on that.
[38] Aw, my puzzles aren't ALL that obtuse, are they?
[25] and [35] seems way too salty in my opinion. Usually I'm ok with reading some of the salt in the comments, but after seeing that I felt like I was told the answer...
[46]
I had to backsolve for the non-anagramming method.
Subtle and elegant as always!
Thanks Murdoctor
Why is it I'm able to solve all the others, including the hard one word; but this is driving me batty, even with all the salt? /sigh
My initial impressions got me half way, but I still don't see how to get the correct order. (I'm working backwards from the answer right now)
For those who are still trying to get it, there is a touch of salt in my above comment, although I didn't intend it when writing it.
[49]
*initially* I was confused too, but at *length* I got the answer...

[50] [51] These were actually concurrent posts coincidentally
can't believe that took me 13 minutes.
HA! [51] is the salt that did it for me
Never mind. As has happened to so many, so many times, I posted this and figured it out.
Belated compliments, Murdoctor. This was a neat one.
This was WAY too hard. Too many manipulations for an "easy," IMHO.
[50] Thanks.
Agreed [57]. Then again, I'm not all that bright.
I got it the anagram way - still not sure the sort method needed...
