Well, it's not "sangria," which felt like a reasonable guess. :)
It's not "dumbwaiter." :-)
[2] That was one of my guesses, too! (He'd have to be pretty dumb to jump in a meat grinder.)
Something I thought was just stylistic to the drawing turned out to be key to the solution. Look carefully to see if you can spot it.

Does the fact that there are no eyes have anything to do with the solution?

A wine waiter is a sommelier. Remove the 'i' and then grind (anagram) to get the name of a wine? I think I'm overthinking this...
