Ohh, JUST missed top 10 :(
Hmmmm. I have what I think are the 5 right answers. I even had a solve method. But no luck.
Hello Mother Russia! keep at it!!
Im having trouble working on this puzzle..........
Im still laughing at rob's answers.
but shouldn't 5 be krill?
I love the teacher's name...
robrizob, you are a punk
or possibly drunk
That was refreshingly simple. Thanks rob for not letting us down.
[9] That's what I thought first but the analogy is looking for a plant...
Got it, though the last one, I had two different answers and that's what through me off.
Still, I liked it. Reminds me of a final for a physics class I knew I was failing anyway. :)
[13] & [9] They apparently eat both, depending on the type of whale. At some point in my elementary school science career, I must've learned the answer I used for this puzzle. Regardless, it's pretty easy to solve without the last one.
Robrizob-
thank you for the absolute hilarity one week before I have to be a teacher again! I must find a way to incorporate planet suckatron into one of my lessons!
I got nothing
[16] Glad you liked it, kswitz. Let me know how that goes over with the parents.
DOH! It ain't looking good. I had it but used an 'o' on the 4th letter instead of what I should've used.
May be I shood go back to skool and get an edjumacation
[9]I agree about the krill
My first guess on 5 was shrimp (which would fit the krill bill).
That had me LOL, robrizob!
interesting. I am afraid I still fail...
Well, at least I did better on this than I did on the verbal SAT many years ago. Good puzzle!
Very amusing, Rob. :)
I wish I could encode something like this into things I write on my students' pages.
It would help if I could count, wouldn't it? (I kept trying to figure out what "fluon" was...)
hmmmmm... I got the answer... but still can't figure out the answer to number 5 because krill or seaweed do not work?
yep... 2 sec. after writing this I figured out the 5th one... lmao
Being a SpongeBob fan helped with #5
is #4 Al Gore?
is 5 Jonah?
i am an idiot! Did I pass or fail?
Cute, but should be a warm-up.
[27] I got that too at first! Great minds or ...
I got the answer, but i still have no idea what #2 is supposed to be. None of the first 5 musical styles i thought of helped.
[9] [20] I agree completely.
[35] It'd be the same type of music that my buddy, Guy, plays.
I bought a BB gun from King yesterday. I shot a blue bird with it. Just wounded it though.
Outstanding Robrizob! Keep 'em coming!
[35] Think of the dress color related to the wrong answer given.
I had that, but apparently i was all backwards in how i decoded the puzzle... not that it stopped me from getting it right.
What on earth did 'missle silo' have to do with anything??
Oh, herring of redness, you once again leap from the page to slap my face.
Great puzzle, Rob!
And I end the day feeling great at having solved both puzzles today entirely w/o seasoning! Woot!
Fairly new, just making my way through puzzles. I thought [7] was some salt. Had me looking desperately at Iron Maiden songs and albums for an answer o_O
