IMO, this is a hard OWW rather than an easy, but it's fair. It's not a cryptopix. Figuring out what the rebus says is just the first step. [2] gives good salt.

that is a real stretch. even seeing the answer and reading the explanation, I am real surprised that any one was able to get this one.

I was out of town when this was published, and I submitted it a LONG time ago, shortly after a very similar puzzle was submitted by Nick Danger and published.

At the time that Nick's was published, the answer here is the one I was hung up on with Nick's puzzle for a really long time.
