Wheee! My first time ever! :)
cute. :-)
got it in one minute
Cute. Too bad I kept reading "UT" as "VT".
I think the answer should be plural. Else why have two photos in the center?
Got it, but was is WV there twice?
well, if you use the possessive, you need an 'S', so you kinda need the plural...
I thought it was VT too! Lost way too much time there.
[5] I thought the same thing at first, but just ended up depluralizing it. Yes, I just made a new word. Get Oxford on the phone.
[5} Homonyms
I have the states, the names of the senators, and I have no clue what to do with it all. :(
[11] Me too
[7] Bingo. Well done.
Anyone want to help a non-us citizen as to who these chaps are? I don't care much about my own countries politics without looking up someone elses.
[14] This site will help find the senators.

[14] I wondered if that would pose an obstacle for non-yankees. Could be worse - I could have used the names of the Representatives!
Anybody know what fraction of Tanga's customer base (and more specifically, puzzlers) are not from the U.S.?
Clever. Just enough info to figure out the people.
Only knew the middle and bottom guys, don't really know how the puzzle works. Guessed and got it, not bothering to backsolve.
wow it took me 24 secs. why don't i solve at night!! for once in my life i might have been a contender!!
[6] [7]... Use the double clue as a proposition, not a number. Don't pluralize the clue. THEN it makes sense. =-]
Now, please excuse me. I need to go make some breakfast. I was inspired. =-D
I don't think you need the double clue to get the answer
I liked it, but it made me do a bit more research than the typical warmup.

Here's a gooden:
What's the opposite of Congress?
PROgress.
I know that no one is listening, so I'm going to have to shout:
PLEASE STOP UPLOADING IMAGES THAT ARE SO FREAKING BIG.
Learn to use your image tool to compress your files.
(Stupid "lossless" PNG files are the worst offenders).
kthxbye
[25] Hey John, thanks for commenting. I've gotten zinged on big file sizes on PNGs and for 'lossy' artifacts on my JPGs, so I'm learning to adopt the approach of my betters - PNG for text-heavy, and JPG for everything else. I've still got one puzzle in my submits that is PNG and non-text - I'll fix that when I get a moment.
Sorry about my crankitude. I like your puzzles a lot (and I'm on a high speed connection, so it actually doesn't even impact me) but in the real world, I'm responsible for a lot of web content, and overblown image sizes are a hot button for me :)
You may just need to tweak your settings to get better PNG compression:

Thanks for the link, John - I'll check that out. I'm using MS Paint for all my puzzles, and I don't know how tweakable it is, but I'll take a look...
comment 7 threw me...I was looking for a plural :P
lol... couldnt find the first but got the answer w/ the last two!
I have the names, but I'm just not getting it. All my answers are wrong.
