  3. FileDuckienrkii on Nov 02, 2007 07:08 PM

ugh, I thought I could shortcut this and lost a minute having to backtrack

  4. FilePeachstormthearmada on Nov 02, 2007 07:22 PM

i almost don't even want to do it.

  5. FileGarlicHope2002 on Nov 02, 2007 07:24 PM

I'm in that same place [4].

  6. FileEggRPardoe on Nov 02, 2007 07:25 PM

    # It took you 17 minutes and 20 seconds to solve this puzzle.
    # You were the 8th Tanga member to solve this puzzle.

Once you get going, the going gets good and not as intimidating as it first appears.

  7. FeralthumbWatermelonFeraldj on Nov 02, 2007 07:25 PM

Salt for how to get started?

  8. Soccer_ballCheeseburgersoccer_ref on Nov 02, 2007 07:26 PM

[4][5] Yep, I'll triple that sentiment!

  9. FileEggmnemonica on Nov 02, 2007 07:26 PM

7th. It took me 5 minutes and 44 seconds to immediately see what needed to be done, and then do it. I kept misdoing-what-was-needed.

  10. FilePeachstormthearmada on Nov 02, 2007 07:26 PM

[5] is the only hope i can see in this one

  11. Avatar_profileOrangetimbuck365 on Nov 02, 2007 07:26 PM

sure once you get going it get's easier...but where do you even start?

  12. FileAppleqwertyca on Nov 02, 2007 07:28 PM

This sounds like a liberal arts paper written by an ivory-tower academic.

  13. FileGarlicHope2002 on Nov 02, 2007 07:28 PM

It just looks like another one in which I will have to try a few dozen things before I figure out what you are actually supposed to do. I've gone through four already. Trial and error? Is there any clue in this as to where to start or do you have to stumble upon it?

  14. FilePeachstormthearmada on Nov 02, 2007 07:31 PM

how's that bravery working out for you, mustangchick? :P

  15. FileDuckienrkii on Nov 02, 2007 07:35 PM

[12] sometimes it makes sense to use really long words like this

  16. FileGarlicHope2002 on Nov 02, 2007 07:41 PM

nevermind, I don't want to get into grammar tonight...

  17. FileAppleMCTMike on Nov 02, 2007 07:44 PM

[16] Well, yes - as a matter of fact there is. In fact, the reason for the plurals in this puzzle could arguably be the ONLY good reason for pluralizing adjectives... to make them longer than before.

EDIT: I liked your original comment better!

  18. MePumpkinMustangChick72 on Nov 02, 2007 07:44 PM

Storm, I left this to do the hyper...lol

  19. FilePeachstormthearmada on Nov 02, 2007 07:44 PM

  20. MePumpkinMustangChick72 on Nov 02, 2007 07:46 PM

  22. FileGarlicHope2002 on Nov 02, 2007 07:53 PM

  23. FilePeachstormthearmada on Nov 02, 2007 07:58 PM

  24. MePumpkinMustangChick72 on Nov 02, 2007 07:58 PM

The other name is from a really bad joke and a decent song......long story...

  48. FeralthumbWatermelonFeraldj on Nov 02, 2007 08:25 PM

Darnit. I had the right method to solve this...but I apparently can't count. Screwed me up for over an hour. Irritates me because I had a chance to get two top tens tonight. Sigh. Oh well :)

  49. Sc002a57f6Pumpkinrunart on Nov 03, 2007 03:18 AM

This ditty is now resting under a magnet on my frig. Tangawesomely done, mct!!

  50. FileRadishSpire on Nov 03, 2007 03:38 AM

[49] runart: Thought you might want to know that a ditty is a song. So now you have to set it to music.

Perhaps something by Alanis Morissette. :)

  51. FileTomatoMurdoctor on Nov 03, 2007 08:34 AM

    Very well done!

  52. FilePeachstormthearmada on Nov 03, 2007 07:01 PM
