One of the easiest hards I have seen
You solved this puzzle in 1 minute and 9 seconds and were the 16th Tanga member to solve it. You earned 92 points for solving this.
First top twenty!!! Might have been to the top ten, but a typo.
too easy
2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 5th...I'm going to call that a good night...
Wow, what a lovely find!
yeah that was REALLY easy even for me and I really do suck... first non-salt ever
Oh.
You solved this puzzle in 33 seconds and were the 88th Tanga member to solve it. You earned 10 points for solving this.
Should've got here sooner. I also thought that one got more points if they were in the top 100
Still no a-ha. :(
EDIT: Houston, we have a-ha. :)
Is the answer an actual number?
I must be really dense. I'm not making any connections to anything
[11] Don't feel bad no connections for me either
very neat...
cheese dog
[14] Cheese dog? is that really salt?
[15] No, it's not a salt. Or if it is, it doesn't make any sense to me, and I got the answer.
[10] no- it's not a number.
Wow! That was easy. All the time I was working it out I was thinking no way is this going to lead to the correct answer.
It's a whole lot easier if you know your alphabet... I knew exactly how to do it, didn't get a word, beat my head against a wall. Came back to it and finally saw my error.

Glad some are finding this so easy
[19] Thanks for the great salt! I finally solved it
[19] lol i did the same thing...went back and saw i had 1 letter off...
If your word doesn't make sense you forgot the second step
argh, I knew the method and knew my alphabet but I left out one character. *smacks head* That cost me about 10 minutes.
Wow... that was pretty easy for a hard one
Good answer to go with the second part though.
Is it just me or was that *way* easier than tonight's "easy"?
not just you [26]
I've already given up on the easy
[27]: Whereas I got the easy one in 33 seconds, and the hypercross took me maybe 2 minutes (I was disappointed, there was nothing cryptic about it, no puzzle to solve, no "aha", just recognise the animals and type in their names), the cryptopix took a few minutes of looking for pictures of the fish, but this one I have no clue at all. I tried tripling the number and then converting it into letters, using the letters from "triple your fun", using the letters from "hard one word wonder", using a caesar shift, nothing.
[28] You are SO close with the first thing you tried.
Ohhhh! Thank you [29]. It's frustrating to realise just how close I was, before I went off on all sorts of strange paths.
I solved this puzzle in 9 hours, 31 minutes and 44 seconds and were the 417th Tanga member to solve it, but I was 90% of the way there in about 30 seconds!
Wow, this was easier than the easy one... and very true too!
[23] was the salt that did it for me. Thanks.
It's kind of pathetic that the only letter I got wrong came from mis-tripling "1" into the letter b.
Nice and easy, even for me that speaks spanish.
popoopie I did the same thing but tripled it into an A.
PS what type of html formatting does tanga 2.0 use?
Nine seconds? Come on... this was supposed to be hard.
Well, something is broken in my brain because I've been looking at this puzzle for 8 hours, and I still don't know what to do.
This was hard?!
[37] The key word in the puzzle is "triple". Just apply that and use the standard Tanga method for solving.
I liked the first way I tried it better, less obvious and yielded a much better word: GIFBIC
When I remember that 6*3 does not equal 24, I'll be feeling much better.. Cute, easy puzzle.
39, I guess that's what's broken in my brain.... I have no idea what you mean by "standard tanga method" :P :)
[42] The "Standard Tanga Method" is the conversion of numbers into letters, either by using them as an index into the alphabet (1=A, 2=B, etc.), or as an index into some other set of letters (such as a given word or phrase, or set of words/phrases clued by the puzzle).
You solved this puzzle in 4 minutes and 59 seconds and were the 666th Tanga member to solve it.
(!)
Well, that's not 'tanga' method, that's just a standard alphanumeric replacement crypto. That's what I was trying to do, but I'm missing something still that's giving me a serious block.
I figured it out, finally... I decided to start over from scratch, and I got it in less than a minute. Looking back at the post-it note I had been working on: it was my own hand-writing that twarted me, all day long! >:( :P :) ;D
Could this be a record?

You solved this puzzle in 11 hours, 26 minutes and 29 seconds and were the 673rd Tanga member to solve it.

That was cool! Thanks for the tips!!!
Woo Hoo! Nice and easy!!
