It's only one word, not two!

Edit: duh! I'm stupid; it's supposed to be that way; never mind!

  4. FileGarlicmartinp13 on Jan 06, 2008 07:12 PM

Well, I can't understand what the first picture is. Too many choices?

  5. New_scout_logoCheeseburgerscoutmom on Jan 06, 2008 07:14 PM

[4] Oh, my head is spinning!

[5] Ok, that rules out mental imbalance. :)

  8. FileGarlicHope2002 on Jan 06, 2008 07:21 PM

[1] That's what my card says!

  9. FileBananamanowarplayer on Jan 06, 2008 07:27 PM

[4] If you have the 2nd and 3rd pictures, you most likely won't need to know the 1st one.

  10. FileDuckieescKey on Jan 06, 2008 07:28 PM

    Why only 10 points? I was 79th?

  11. FileGarlicmartinp13 on Jan 06, 2008 07:29 PM

Well, the 3rd could be either way, or neither. :)

  12. FileAppledlandon2000 on Jan 06, 2008 07:30 PM

That's a really high cross-wind landing or a bad pilot!!

  13. Dave5Grapessaintomer on Jan 06, 2008 07:39 PM

[12] It's called crabbing (flying through a cross-breeze), and I was trying ALL sorts of things that end in 'crab'! Man, I was thinking too hard!

  14. Avatar_profileOrangeasiancowboy on Jan 06, 2008 07:39 PM

9 seconds...huh.....and i even mispelled it. dang. I need to get to these things earlier.

  15. FilePumpkinBigSlick on Jan 06, 2008 07:49 PM

[8] You're right, it's suppose to be - I'm an idiot! In the heat of the moment, I was so sure it was two that when I typed it in as such and it didn't take it, that I couldn't believe it. Oh well, feel free to ignore me!

I think a pic of the countryside or grass would have been easier for me to get than the plane

  17. Avatar_profileKiwitaznjazz on Jan 06, 2008 09:28 PM

Ok [3], I must need a vacation then...or it could just be the mighraine...

  18. Avatar_profileKiwitaznjazz on Jan 08, 2008 03:50 PM

Holy crap, [salt out, it's bad for your blood pressure]...this should have been easier for me...and my wife did get food poisoning at one of the restaurants there, and they were jerks about it...

[24] & [31] I see your point, but if you haven't been in a while, my salt wasn't much...it would not have helped me at all 6 months ago. Really if my salt was that helpful to you, you probably didn't need it.

  19. Avatar_profilePeachjimmiebjr on Jan 06, 2008 09:39 PM

That first picture is really deceptive. At least part of it is.

  20. Pigeon.poop.payoffApplemdin617 on Jan 06, 2008 10:04 PM

This would've been so much easier if I hadn't found most of an answer in Russian first that I kept coming back to.

    It's been a long day.

  21. Avatar_profilePeachdave619 on Jan 07, 2008 05:42 AM

Salts a little light I ll throw some out - ing off last pic.

  22. Interlocking_nyRadishNiner on Jan 07, 2008 06:17 AM

    [18] thanks!!

  23. FilePearBigRob68 on Jan 07, 2008 06:47 AM

    nice

  24. FilePlumkingarthur1976 on Jan 07, 2008 07:38 AM

[18] I'm not one to really judge this sort of thing, but do you think your comments may be a little too salty?

  25. FileBananaejcarter9 on Jan 07, 2008 10:47 AM

11 seconds, and I too figured it out mostly from the thumbnail. Excellence and Awesomeness abounds.

  26. FileStrawberrycmabratte on Jan 07, 2008 10:58 AM

    11 seconds!

  27. Avatar_profileOrangekc2qcy on Jan 07, 2008 10:59 AM

[21] did it for me... I was nowhere near it.

  29. Avatar_profileGrapesscleavelin on Jan 07, 2008 11:35 AM

I am really starting to like Cryptopix's puzzles.
    Keep them coming.

  30. FileAppledlandon2000 on Jan 07, 2008 11:35 AM

[13] me too, I'm a private pilot which is why I also first thought of something-crab but my wife saw it in a few seconds.

  31. FileStrawberryschmucklehead on Jan 07, 2008 11:40 AM

[18] too salty, it gives it up too easy though to be fair that first picture... not good.

  32. FileBananamanowarplayer on Jan 07, 2008 01:01 PM

[31] Image 1 is the best picture of that "state" I could find. I knew it would be tough to get that one, but I figured the 2nd and 3rd images would basically give the puzzle away so I left image 1 in. The puzzle seems to either be instananeous or it leaves you stumped as you head down the wrong path.

I stumped the wife with it and it's her favorite spot so go figure!

  33. FileOrangedebsprpldragon on Jan 07, 2008 04:37 PM

ARGH!! Came back and got it right away.

  34. FileEggplantHackmaster12 on Jan 07, 2008 06:05 PM

[32] I would have done "-y" rather than "-e" in the first picture though.

  35. Avatar_profileWatermelonhoopdewz on Jan 07, 2008 06:12 PM

That would have been too easy
