Um yeah, that's NOT one word.

  2. FileBananaahecht on Dec 10, 2007 07:03 PM

4th. Nice job on the first picture, but shouldn't this be a Cryptopix?

  3. FileRadishThosw on Dec 10, 2007 07:02 PM

Shouldn't this have been a Cryptopix?

  4. FileRocketBearcat89 on Dec 10, 2007 07:04 PM

    No wonder "alphabetical" was wrong.

  5. Avatar_profileAppleTarindel on Dec 10, 2007 07:05 PM

    Answer is >1 word

  6. FileAppleBeisaic on Dec 10, 2007 07:06 PM

Booo, this is not one word.

  7. AvatarSailboatjjcool on Dec 10, 2007 07:06 PM

    so its not one word?

  8. FileDuckienrkii on Dec 10, 2007 07:06 PM

aaargh! I kept trying to make a one word answer -- wasted 3 minutes at least!

  9. AvatarSailboatjjcool on Dec 10, 2007 07:07 PM

how hard is it to make the "one word wonder" one word?

  10. FileAppleMCTMike on Dec 10, 2007 07:08 PM

Yeah - where I come from, that's not one word.

  11. FileRadishThosw on Dec 10, 2007 07:09 PM

I'm calling foul on this one. Had it six minutes ago, but didn't put it in because it called for a single word.

  12. FilePumpkinBigSlick on Dec 10, 2007 07:12 PM

no idea what the first word is???

  13. FilePepperdajagr on Dec 10, 2007 07:13 PM

No, no, no. You're supposed to wonder if it's just one word.

...That's my story and I'm sticking with it.

  14. FileRocketXeonrf on Dec 10, 2007 07:13 PM

this for sure is not one word, but it was fun

  15. FilePeachbenjaminlho on Dec 10, 2007 07:14 PM

[8]Me too. I try not to read comments, so that I can figure it out myself. Then I remember that Tanga messes these up a lot and just typed it in. Low and behold it is correct. I am sure the author intended this to be a cryptopix. For a cryptopix...it is a good one.

  16. Avatar_profilePearjdmcs on Dec 10, 2007 07:14 PM

I agree that this is easy. I don't agree that this is a One Word Wonder.

  17. Avatar_profilePearjdmcs on Dec 10, 2007 07:15 PM

[12] Try solving the right side first...

  18. FileGarlicHope2002 on Dec 10, 2007 07:15 PM

As someone with a couple easy one words waiting I wonder how this got in there. How am I supposed to know that it is several words?

  19. FileAcegameczar on Dec 10, 2007 07:16 PM

Boo! Not one word at all, but the full title with spaces!

  20. FilePumpkinBigSlick on Dec 10, 2007 07:19 PM

[17] I got that; that was no problem; still don't know what the first picture is trying to tell me; I have tried everything I can think of having to do with what the dude is doing, and nothing works.

  21. FileApplebadgeguy on Dec 10, 2007 07:22 PM

Not fair! I spent so much time trying to come up with one word! It's a "Easy ONE WORD Wonder"! I want my money back!

  22. FileRadishSpire on Dec 10, 2007 07:26 PM

Ugh. I had this in seconds, but didn't actually try putting it in until now. Ten points -- whee.

  23. FilePumpkinBigSlick on Dec 10, 2007 07:26 PM

Well, that was lame. Without gameczar coming right out and telling me it was a title, I never would have gotten that! I guess it would have helped if I would have a clue about that whole franchise! Still too late for bonus points. Oh well.

  24. FileTomatoMurdoctor on Dec 10, 2007 07:27 PM

HA! Yes, cool puzzle, though a miscategorized cryptopix.

  25. FileEggplantjtotheh on Dec 10, 2007 07:35 PM

Nice puzzle, but doesn't fit the category. Still, since there isn't a category for it, oh well.

  26. FileCheeseburgerSydneyHeart on Dec 10, 2007 07:36 PM

I need to look at the comments more often :) Coulda had this one in the bag a lot quicker! Nice and easy though

  27. FileBananatheChony on Dec 10, 2007 07:36 PM

BOO to placing this puzzle where it doesn't belong. Good, but shame on the higher ups.

  28. Donimo_pirate_beatlesTomatoDonimo on Dec 10, 2007 07:39 PM

Yikes! I certainly *meant* it to be a Cryptopix, but I suppose it's possible I uploaded it incorrectly. I only created it last night.

Glad it's not throwing too many people off. Sorry to those that it did. Thanks Princess for posting the correction right away.

  29. FileCarrotblahmcblah on Dec 10, 2007 07:37 PM

How in the hell did this one get through? Did Donimo submit it as a Cryptopix? I demand an explanation for this! :(

  30. FileCarrotblahmcblah on Dec 10, 2007 07:38 PM

[28] Either way, somebody at Tanga is to blame! :(

  31. FilePotatoAwpH on Dec 10, 2007 07:57 PM

Frustrating to end up 53rd after spending at least 5 1/2 of my 6 1/2 minutes trying various single-word answers that were suggested by what turned out to BE the answer. =(

Nice puzzle, just ended up in the wrong place.

  32. FileApplewmshub on Dec 10, 2007 08:04 PM

Ha! Best one word wonder ever! Well, if it were one word it might be...but it's not even close. :-)

  33. FilePeachdcmacphee on Dec 10, 2007 08:25 PM

Oh so wrong puzzle type. It would have also helped if I could spell, or read my own writing.

  34. Avatar_profilePlumdaved on Dec 10, 2007 08:35 PM

    Oh, that was funny.

  35. AvatarDuckiesteph_frolin on Dec 10, 2007 08:45 PM

Makes me wonder why I spend time submitting puzzles that fit the requirements...it was created last night, clearly not edited or reviewed and published anyway. A fine cryptopic, but are these even screened anymore?

  36. Avatar_profileKiwiLeezer on Dec 10, 2007 08:56 PM

    Boo!

  37. Oakland_athletics_77100Bananagromit1025 on Dec 10, 2007 08:56 PM

good cryptopix. bad one word wonder. :)

  38. Avatar_profileGrapesmelantha on Dec 10, 2007 09:18 PM

How about some salt on how to solve the right side....? :)

  39. FileRaspberryMarkel on Dec 10, 2007 09:46 PM

Got it after a few tries based on the first picture alone.

  40. FileEggplantjtotheh on Dec 10, 2007 09:56 PM

The thing is, this doesn't really fit as a Cryptopix puzzle either, since "Cryptopix are puzzles of multiple pictures," which this puzzle isn't entirely. I wouldn't mind seeing more puzzles of this sort, but I don't know how many puzzles a night Tanga wants to deal with.

  41. FileEggplantjtotheh on Dec 10, 2007 09:58 PM

[38] What do you notice about the numbers?

  42. ImaginePeachagirlthats4corn on Dec 10, 2007 10:18 PM

    of course that's one word...

it just has a few spaces!

  43. FileBananarenfurdson (Tanga Admin) on Dec 10, 2007 10:59 PM

    oops

  44. Avatar_profileRadishrmcelroy on Dec 10, 2007 11:13 PM

Clever puzzle, but should have been a cryptopix.
Someone at Tangs needs to pay more attention.

  45. Sc002a57f6Pumpkinrunart on Dec 11, 2007 03:42 AM

I have the answer but don't know what the heck to type in - tried every variation. It is more than one word, correct? It's not the entire title?

  46. HarleyKiwipetiepooch on Dec 11, 2007 04:11 AM

    wow, nine word answer!

  47. FilePeachTorrin on Dec 11, 2007 04:57 AM

Good puzzle - but could not be farther from a "One Word Wonder". I can see sometimes having two words, but this has got to be the record.

  48. AvatarApplebagherra on Dec 11, 2007 04:59 AM

well, I guess it's truth in advertising...

I'm wondering why it wasn't one word.

  49. FileGarlicspamwise on Dec 11, 2007 05:57 AM

I agree with [40]. This was definitely not a "one word" wonder, but, it isn't truly a Cryptopix (as currently defined). A fun puzzle, none the less.

  50. FileAppleragulo on Dec 11, 2007 06:16 AM

When did they add the Eight Word Wonder category?

  51. FileStrawberrycmabratte on Dec 11, 2007 07:24 AM

nice use of the picture on the left, but seriously, this should have been a cryptopix.

  52. Avatar_profileStrawberrysujihime on Dec 11, 2007 07:42 AM

    Cute

  53. FileGrapesMarek21 on Dec 11, 2007 08:01 AM

Not a one word wonder. Not a cryptopix. It was definitely a fun and easy puzzle though.

  54. FileOrangearmin101 on Dec 11, 2007 08:33 AM

    Got it-

Very easy, yet not at all.

  55. Avatar_profileWatermelondearnashes on Dec 11, 2007 09:27 AM

Fun and easy! Nice one ;)

  56. BradStrawberryVante on Dec 11, 2007 09:31 AM

I don't know why so many people are calling foul- I come here to be challenged mentally. If a puzzle breaks the rules to achieve this, more power to it.

  57. FilePearckpete2887 on Dec 11, 2007 09:46 AM

NOT ONE WORD. It's called a one word wonder.

    Other than that, loved it.

  58. Avatar_profilePearKillians1978 on Dec 11, 2007 10:41 AM

Fun & Easy? I don't know if i;m looking at this wrong, but i'm drawing a blank on how to approach this.

    Edit: Nevermind. Duh.

  59. Avatar_profileGrapesctettam9 on Dec 11, 2007 11:00 AM

    Funny first picture! FUN!

  60. FileAppledlandon2000 on Dec 11, 2007 12:41 PM

It is easy to figure out but very misleading about the "one word" anwser they are looking for the entire phrase.

  61. FileKiwiDullorb on Dec 11, 2007 01:37 PM

Best 8 word wonder I've ever seen.

  62. FileDuckieescKey on Dec 11, 2007 02:10 PM

    hee-hee (first picture).

  63. Avatar_profileWatermelonnervousone on Dec 11, 2007 05:22 PM

that's actually pretty funny.. but wasted a ton of time before I read comments that it wasn't one word...

  64. AvatarSailboatjjcool on Dec 11, 2007 10:29 PM

so, what is the "one word"?

  65. Avatar_profileWatermelonsanskritkanji on Dec 14, 2007 08:16 AM

[64] I think the "one word" is "this is not a one word wonder".

  66. FileGarlicdharmaRN on Sep 02, 2011 03:51 AM

eight words in this one word wonder answer....
