My problem wasn't the book as much as I kept calling the baby picture "crying". D'oh!
Ah, NOW I get it. I kept trying to use the words "or else" in the title, rather than what they would be called. And as a mom, I should have thought of that word immediately! Do you hear me, young man?

I'm glad the "post and solve" worked for so many; when I got notice that this puzzle I'd submitted in December would be published, I'd forgotten the solve for a moment myself:)
If the word for the first pic is not working, check your spelling.
is it what the baby is doing? or another word for baby or that describes the baby?
is the order (the) (baby picture) (book picture)? or (the) (book picture) (baby picture)?
