The 15th to solve it. Dah!

...

I'm not getting anything. Any salt out there?

ummm, try looking at [2] and try and figure out who is in the pic (behind the pigs and giraffes)

That was super cute!

Great another solve method I have to remember now...

Is this a C V type puzzle?

I have 5 letters, but ... ?

giraffegiraffegiraffegiraffe
giraffe
giraffepiggiraffegiraffe
giraffepigpiggiraffe

The giraffes symbolise one thing, the pigs symbolise another. If you have questions, just send out an S.O.S.

[9] Nice

[9], I got that (see my plea in [8]), but my letters don't get me anywhere.

Any salt on the background?

woah...never would have had a clue without [9]. gst, you're right on track, just a little backwards.

[11] No, you didn't get [9]'s comment. Read it again carefully.

Oh, man, I could have sworn I tried it both ways, and carefully. (Guess not).
Thanks for dragging me to the answer, folks, despite myself!

Trivial if you recognize the background picture. Unfortunately, I didn't. Thanks to the salt in [11] for getting me to re-read the salt in [9]. Now the "S"alt in [2] actually makes sense to me.

Mama always said "where were you raised?"

ha! I assumed it was DARWIN in the background ... now the solution makes a lot more sense!

[16] I think your comment might be a little to salty.

as always, if you are unsure how you got the answer, or have questions... send me a Tangagram with the answer included and i will answer your questions.

Here's the long and short of it: Comparing the neck sizes would have told [8] which was which.

[18] ...and none of the others are?

very cute!

[4] Wow, the monitor I first looked at the puzzle with didn't really distinguish anything in the background except for the hands, medals, and head, and none of those looked like anything other than whitish blobs. Got it now. Thanks!

This was fun.

Ok.... only figured it from the salt and didn't have a clue who the guy was in the background until I figured out the salt. Still don't know how the answer includes the giraffe except at a zoo.

[25] See [20] for how that applies...

between [2] [9] and [16] ...thats way more than enough

[27] I agree :)

[27] Agreed. Nice puzzle, BTW.

Nice puzzle - a little groan :)

Even knowing who the guy is now I can't find a picture that would have told me that.

Nevermind found that exact one! :)

[17] Me too! I still don't know who it actually is (even knowing the answer).

I have the answer, but I don't understand how it fits in with the guy in the background....can anyone fill me in on this?

[32],[33] Tangagrams sent

Why giraffes and pigs?

You solved this puzzle in 20 hours, 10 minutes and 39 seconds and were the 420th Tanga member to solve it.

awesome!

so, whats the answer? seriously, how hard is it to post the "solution" under solution?

I agree

Can someone who solved this just post the solution for those of us with the mental blocks? THANK YOU!

JUST GOT IT! Take the pig as "dot" and the giraffe as "dash" and look up the letters that equal those configurations to make the appropriate letters to form the word in Morse code.
