[2] The answer is what you need to do to solve this. Sort of.
I'm vaguely unsure what to do here, as some of the black outs are sort of overlapping some letters and I don't know if they are meant to be covered or exposed. Gotta go out the door now, so I will look in later tonight.

no not really, some of it is, but some like line 5 there is no 4 dash letter or number, neither line one with no break.

Ugh! I don't like when you have to do this kind of thing to solve a puzzle.
