Ok, it took me several minutes to backsolve the 2nd picture and get it to fit the answer, but I got the "ah-ha" moment. Of course, the word that I had been trying to substitute there does make for a much more interesting expression.

I do have to agree however, that there's a phonetic bit missing in the first 1/2 of the puzzle; I just thought the answer was intuited by the remainder.

The first set of skirts could have easily been another body part but then it would have been much easier. Salt on the bottle from dmatos made it for me.
