I have a word starting in "c" that I'm sure is right. What am I missing?

  3. Avatar_profileKiwibunnymama on Sat Dec 22, 2007 07:07 PM

No "c" isn't the answer, but you are probably on the right track

  4. MantisavatarPlumLiquidmantis on Sat Dec 22, 2007 07:08 PM

That line of thought is in the right region.

  5. FileGarlick1w1 on Sat Dec 22, 2007 07:11 PM

I don't get it, the formula is pretty specific...

  6. Avatar_profileKiwibunnymama on Sat Dec 22, 2007 07:11 PM

    what does it find?

  7. FileGarlick1w1 on Sat Dec 22, 2007 07:11 PM

    ..the word starting in "c"....

  8. FileRocketn8uredude on Sat Dec 22, 2007 07:13 PM

instead of the c word be more vague

  9. Avatar_profileKiwibunnymama on Sat Dec 22, 2007 07:14 PM

Your formula is out of order, rearrange what you have.

  10. FilePlumtada on Sat Dec 22, 2007 07:14 PM

    C ain't it.

  11. FileGarlick1w1 on Sat Dec 22, 2007 07:14 PM

Yeah, got it now. Wrong equation. Ooops!

  12. Avatar_profileKiwibunnymama on Sat Dec 22, 2007 07:18 PM

It's an easy mix up. I knew it was either C or the answer. I just guessed right on the first try.

  13. FileBanananurdremes on Sat Dec 22, 2007 07:41 PM

please tell me this isn't a spanish word.

  14. AvatarDuckiesteph_frolin on Sat Dec 22, 2007 07:45 PM

I am so retarded...after trying the only complex ones I can find, I should have paid attention in math.

  15. PirateleadfootPumpkinleadfoot on Sat Dec 22, 2007 08:02 PM

    hmmmm made me really hungry!

    Cool Puzzle!

    [13] - it's not a spanish word

  16. ImagesWatermelonmatt815 on Sat Dec 22, 2007 08:07 PM

    ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
    I got pie............

  17. FileAppleMCTMike on Sat Dec 22, 2007 08:20 PM

That was fun - nice one.

  18. Avatar_profilePeachjimmiebjr on Sat Dec 22, 2007 08:29 PM

    Maybe I'm getting smarter. :)

  19. FileAppledlandon2000 on Sat Dec 22, 2007 08:35 PM

I don't see how to get any kind of equation from this. My mind is too regimented

  20. FileApplewmshub on Sat Dec 22, 2007 08:36 PM

[19] Think outside the box. Or the square, in this case.

  21. FileSailboatcmg528 on Sat Dec 22, 2007 08:48 PM

does it have anything to do with most of them being food except the last four?

  22. Avatar_profileRadishRastus on Sat Dec 22, 2007 08:49 PM

[19] You don't really want the equation, but the answer.

[16] That's the start. Pie, then what.

  23. FileCheeseburgerSydneyHeart on Sat Dec 22, 2007 08:59 PM

    Nifty puzzle!

  24. FileAppledlandon2000 on Sat Dec 22, 2007 09:08 PM

Ok, I have the food and the equation but still don't get the answer

  25. FileDuckiespamwise on Sat Dec 22, 2007 09:17 PM

    Yeah math!!! :)

  26. Avatar_profileAppletravelocity on Sat Dec 22, 2007 10:06 PM

Under a minute! Great puzzle. [24] What does the equation give you?

  27. FileEggplantjtotheh on Sat Dec 22, 2007 10:55 PM

Cool, I didn't expect to see this published so soon. I see why some people are putting down the "c" answer--I did too, as a matter of fact, and I didn't realize it until tonight when I was Christmas shopping. Fortunately, the brilliant people at Tanga caught it for me so it didn't matter that I didn't fix it before 7 p.m.

  28. FilePeachbenjaminlho on Sat Dec 22, 2007 11:11 PM

ok....i feel dense....does anyone see an R...is it part of the equation....lost

  29. FileEggplantjtotheh on Sat Dec 22, 2007 11:12 PM

[21] No--that's only because I couldn't think up many more food examples that weren't essentially just repeats.

  30. Pix__8RocketBanana80 on Sat Dec 22, 2007 11:32 PM

    Sweet!
You solved this puzzle in **9** seconds and were the 236th ...

  31. Tanga-pink-avatarBananaMorganza on Sun Dec 23, 2007 04:41 AM

    Cornbread.

(And if you can figure out *why* that word is salty, you don't need the salt. :-) )

  32. Avatar_profileStrawberrysyracuselaxfan on Sun Dec 23, 2007 06:21 AM

i got it in 10 seconds but have no idea how to form the answer so that tanga will accept it

  33. Chain_bunnyEggIrrenarzt on Sun Dec 23, 2007 07:40 AM

26 seconds. Unfortunately I was 12.5 hours late.

  34. Jeff_simpsonGrapesflinx on Sun Dec 23, 2007 08:35 AM

2 of my favorites are missing: "Vinegar" and "Chess"

  35. FileSailboatcmg528 on Sun Dec 23, 2007 09:41 AM

Sad my 13 year old figured it out for me

  36. Avatar_profileOrangeveneficus on Sun Dec 23, 2007 11:17 AM

nice one. it took me a while to remember math that i haven't done in probably six years or so. but, after a while, i had an idea and just started guessing possible answers. once i got it, the equation came immediately to me.

  37. Avatar_profileLemonkoneko on Sun Dec 23, 2007 12:46 PM

the only things i can think of are "pie" and "pi". what math needs too be done?

  38. FileSailboatcmg528 on Sun Dec 23, 2007 12:50 PM

[37] this salt is from my daughter....

My table is a pretty flat surface.

    hope it helps

  39. Avatar_profileGrapessigmazero13 on Sun Dec 23, 2007 02:30 PM

[32] What does the equation represent? The equation itself isn't the answer, but what it means.

  40. Avatar_profilePlumbleirrot on Sun Dec 23, 2007 04:41 PM

    .

  41. Photo_4Grapesredneon on Sun Dec 23, 2007 06:16 PM
