The fact that Aaron or Erin both work is pretty salty. Googling (just when did Google become a verb?) certainly helps, but don't go overboard.

Wow - the last few days I felt like a genius. So much so, that I could have sworn that he would have used the answers to the prior 13 puzzles as the clue for the last. I even spent time re-solving some of the prior ones to have the list of answers ready. Lo and behold, I really am a moron. Google what? If aaron or erin don't matter, how can I google them? I took other words in the video, and maybe this is salty without me realizing it, and used those to search with the names, too, but nothing.

what does it all mean?

I've got 13 out of 17, but I don't know what to do with them.

There is salt here, but there are several red herrings about these comments too. I should have just kept working it on my own. I am weak.

Sheeesh, talk about thinking my way past the obvious on this one. It was a total "duh!" moment when i finally saw it, and i was kicking myself for spending so much time searching out obscure interconnections.

We all have people to thank, people that have inspired us.

All the salt you need has been spread. Just get the clue before you go googling.

YAY we are entered into a drawing to randomly win now! Do the people who solved all of the puzzles hava a better chance then those that didnt, cause it said whoever solves most of the puzzles are entered. Or am i worng.?

I'd assume so.
Since if us with all completed have 14 ze puzzzles done and other people only have 12 or 13, they certainly don't have the 'most', we do!

I can't get the clue. I can see a connection with almost all of the names, but nothing's clicking, and without the clue, all of the salt above is completely useless to me. Help, anyone?

salt, i need salt! i've got the clue figured out. i just can't seem to find the answer. i've googled and i know where it leads but now what?

I'm in the same shoes as purplemel. I'm at the site where the clue leads, but I can't figure out the final answer.

This reminds me of the first puzzle. For those with no idea, watch the video _very_ carefully, it'll give you a moment of salt.

After that, I think it's fair to say Ze's site is no help (people are noting that he has a blog... well yes; am I missing something here?)

OH, DUH. I finally got the clue. And I know exactly what he's talking about in terms of the website. I'm just not sure what the word is supposed to be. Hmmm.

Wow, no idea how to solve this from Ze's site, but Google definitely did it. Weird one!

EDIT - Ah, ok... Searched his site after the fact and found it. I am now realizing I could have made this all MUCH easier on myself.

Wasn't that a big overture to a small aha! Groan.

You know, the weirdest thing is, you can actually find a movie title for almost any of these names - that kept me thinking for a while until I realized it's sooo much more simple.
Oh well - it's been good! Thanks to Ze and all the smart people on here for salt and puns and all the fun... oh, what are we going to do tomorrow?

I need help, I have the clue but can't figure out the answer!!!

Look at the list of names (I don't know about you but I prefer the text in my lists right aligned). Are you looking at the right site [76] (you don't need the entire clue to find the right site)? The guy who made the site sure is talented, he should enter his name into some sort of competition I'm sure he'd win.

Aha! I finally listened to the actual video instead of relying on the stream of fans yelling FIRST!

I am glad I finally broke the top 300 though :-P

I modified my last comment, check it out. My comments have so much salt they'll give you high blood pressure.

the puzzle leads to a clue which can much more simply be solved using ze's site than googling.

[82] remember what Ze said this is the LAST puzzle and write a LETTER to each of the names. Those capitalized words in my previous sentence sure would like nice together, anyway I'm digressing. Try my suggestion in the first sentence of comment [77] or if you're still stuck go to boardgamegeek forum someone might have put the clue up there ;)

Google or ze's site, it doesnt really matter which one you search in, you'll get it if you search the right thing. But i can tell you now, searching for any of the names on the list is a waste of time.

For any of you who have made it to the scary site but are still having trouble, here are two salty questions that may bring you closer to a happy ending: 1. What is ze's heritage?; and 2. Where the heck would he have met someone named Gulliver? Okay. These could count as obfuscation too, but if you put the answers together the right way, it will help you see what you're looking past. Press on!

Ugh.

Last puzzle and all the people's names who you want to write a letter to. Take what you get from that as a question. Input answer from site. Groan when you realize how much you over thought it.

But I will miss this tomorrow. :(

You know, I just really want to thank everyone who has been so generous throughout this marathon with sprinkles of salt (and even dump trucks of it). I worried when this started that I'd get stuck and stay stuck...but everyone has just been so nice and helpful. Ze knows nice people!

Now, some salt of my own: Tangas often seem to have two distinct parts--you solve one part in order to get the clue for the next. Don't use everyone's salt too soon...save it until you need it!

I got the clue right off, figured out the next part by doing a typical Ze Frank puzzle thing. but the final answer took a giant leap- i still don't know the connection between the answer and the clues from the video.

I didn't think it was a giant leap. The easiest way would be to search Ze's Site.

He sure seemed to enjoy saying "Ernesto."

I ended up there as well. I have the clue to the puzzle, but I'm entirely baffled. Been reading Ze for years, but this one leaves me stumped.
