I HATE when the solution is not a solution...wasting my time and points. did not get this one, still do not know what it is and will not try again.

I think it is totally lame that you lose the points in viewing the solution, but the solution doesn't tell you anything.
It's a two word answer and if you google "Paris Hilton signature quote" you will see it in the first result.

[1] its a cryptopix, and it has the punctuation of which you speak. not sure which puzzle you're looking at...

[13] Mods fixed the mistakes. Originally it was a One Word Wonder and the punctuation was missing. See [8]
