I hate puzzles that rely on seeing an ad that is only shown in one country.

It seems like only yesterday that a man from Afghanistan made the same comment about a different puzzle on this site.

Just to add insult to injury, k1w1, [3] was the salt I needed to solve the puzzle. :-) I *am* American, but am un-American in that I don't watch TV. I had no knowledge of said advert. The first step was easy enough. Following from that to the solution, not so much (for me, at least).

Of course, if you get the phrase and google it, the answer appears without even needing to follow a link.
