Ok, I recognize the quote. I was 20 when he was campaigning. Could someone PLEASE clue me in on the punctuation????

A bit out of order, but like so many I remember hearing it all over TV.

Like everyone said... the hardest part of this one is that the pictures are out of order. The "kiss" one should be a separate picture, not embedded... and the bottom two are switched around.
It also helps to have been around during Bush Sr's reign.
I got it from the top. Then after I solved I realized the bottom was backwards and was throwing me for a loop.
