Well, the oompa-loompas aren't forming the letters for the YMCA song!
I still have no clue how to solve it.

Wow, I was definitely taking the wrong approach to this one. I kept trying to cut the letters in half and make sense out of the tops and bottoms of those. It's a more abstract approach than that.
[18] I think it's more like the ZLDZ song, except that that's a wrap song.
