ok, so... who are they?

no clue!

that sorta messes with solving this :o(

Not your average fly-by-night rock band!

What's the second thing?

You are a freaking genius!! You solved this puzzle.

I don't wanna ruin anyone's fun, but...

a branch or a stick?

[4] A more recent picture would have been nice! I thought that looked liked 'em, but wow! Still don't have the answer though!

Maybe from the disco era?

keep your thinking cap on for the hyper

[9] from that era, but definitely not disco ... more progressive

Got it! Phew! Don't "hurry" through this one!

first top 100 for me!

thanks [4] you and google saved me

I had the first and third... got stuck on the wrong word for the 2nd. Doh.

Thanks, [12]

[11] Hm... I'd have rather said hard than progressive... at least in the disco era. Maybe progressive later on.

But, definitely a classic picture of them.

[4] is quite salty.

wats the third pic? i know ive seen it on other puzzles before

Edit: nvm, got it

[4] gave it away, way too salty. Nice puzzle though!

bleh...my a-ha took just a little too long. :P

Is it me, or are we getting too many of these types of puzzles these days?

Ugh.

Think Huckleberry Finn. (But if you can figure out the band from that clue, you probably don't need the clue in the first place.)

So sad that I knew who that band was right off the bat...

You solved this puzzle in 13 seconds and were the 152nd Tanga member to solve it. You earned 10 points for solving this.

4 didn't help me at all. Who are those people?

[25] famous band from toronto

grr, that 2nd picture could have been better

[27] Yeah, I'd have chosen a bigger chunk of tree for it.

I don't get the second picture. Help please.

[29] It is a big chunk of tree.

Thanks dagibbs.

I got it thanks to [23]

Funny. A progressive band for an less-than-progressive answer.

Any more salt on that 2nd thingie?

[26] Definately not Barenaked Ladies or Way Out West.

I still don't know who the group in the pic is and I'm a 60's and 70's fan. I got the answer from the last 2 pic's. I'm going to go out on a "branch" here and guess you can too.

that was a mind bender.... didn't realize that first picture was who it is (not a big fan, though)... didn't really know *what* that second picture was... and had to distort how I pronounce that last picture a bit... but... after solving... I like this one. solid. did that make sense? :)

felt gross typing the answer...

20 secs but I gagged typing it.

My absolute favorite guy. Smartest on planet.

[40] - yeah ... i'm a big fan of neil as well!

Too bad the answer's just a gas bag full of hot air.

[40] Ditto!

[42] Hot air? You should look at who that "answer" talks about.

[26] Got it! Don't know what the band has to do with Huckleberry Finn, however!!!

[44] The band performs a well-known song entitled with a character from the Huck Finn story.

Was a big fan of the band in the 80's. That second picture threw me though. I only got it after reading two comments here. One that they,"felt gross typing the answer" and another comment that that said, "Too bad the answer's just a gas bag full of hot air." lol

It took me a while. But at least I'm not a big fat idiot.
