Really cute picture selection!
I don't remember an official decision on punctuation. We can't do away with most apostrophes, and to me, question marks are kinda essential. It's whether or not to include commas that causes the most problems. (I vote never.)
Actually, though, have we had a cryptopix that had a question for an answer that *didn't* require a question mark?

Was only able to get the second word thanks to a Monty Python song. :) That helped me get the first word...
